I have always hated the dealership experience and avoid them like the plague. My wife and I have bought about 10 cars over the past 15 years and have always dreaded the sales process and the typical car sa them like the plague. We dealt with a gentleman named Chris Gallo, who was our salesman. We pretty much made the deal over the internet and phone and let me tell you, this is the guy to go to, to buy your next Honda. Professional, courteous, and very, very personable. He made the deal easy and I must say the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. The finance gentleman was extremely nice also. He got us out of the dealership with our vehicle so fast that I don't even remember his name! I would absolutely buy another car from these guys just for the great experience they provided. I normally approach the task of buying a car with great caution. To all you car buyers out there you may now drop your guard and walk into the "Honda Autosport dealer" with confidence you will be treated caution. To all you car buyers out there you may now drop your guard and walk into the "Honda Autosport dealer" with confidence you will be treated with respect and also a fair deal without the typical salesman ploys. I was referred to Autosport by a dealer of a different car manufacturer who realized he could not meet my needs. His words were "go to Auosport and you will not need to go any furhter". Manger Joe Retto and salesman Chris Gallo are businessmen not your typical car salesman. They realize and understand their job is to sell you a car without the haggling. My sales person, Damian Wadiak, was extemely knowledgeable, kind, honest, patient, fun credit union. My experience at Autosport Honda was excellent. All of my paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived to pick up my car, no tricks or games. They even had a play room for kids which my friend's daughter loved. I had visited 3 other Honda dealers prior to going to Autosport Honda and had horrible experiences at all 3. More

I choose to lease my vehicle rather than buy, personal choice. I also choose to negotiate via e-mail. I find it the easiest way to get prices from multiple dealers without spending a lot of time. In each instance, I found the internet sales manager and sent each an e-mail. Terry Weil from Autosport provided prompt responses and answered the questions I posed. Autosport did not intially offer the lowest price but ultimately matched the low price and was able to locate the color of my choice. Going into the dealership to sign the papers was the very quick and painless. There was no attempt to add on addition services. All-in-all a great car buying experience. More

Chris is a perfect gentlemen as he was very courteous and factual throughout the buying process. Chris kept to his written word and when I showed up at the dealership to sign the paperwork it was everything factual throughout the buying process. Chris also took the extra time to show me every feature on my car even though it was a Saturday and the showroom was packed.
