I purchased a new 2007 Ridgeline from Autosport Honda in July 2006. The sales experience was very good. No one tackled me when I entered the show room. A sales person simply said to let him know if I needed anything. There was very little haggling since the price I was presented was excellent. I have had the Ridgeline for four and a half years and the only issue I had was the starter/ignitor suddenly failed me in the spring of 2009. Although I was out the towing cost, Autosport replaced the parts for no charge. I have taken the Ridgeline for service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) about eight times. Without exception, service has been excellent. I am always in-and-out within about 30 minutes. I also had a hitch and rearview camera/monitor installed. Both were done perfectly. No scratching or damage to the Ridgeline. I would strongly recommend Honda autos in general and Autosport in particular. Karl More
My friend and I were both looking for getting Honda Accord Lx. After several emails back and forth, my friend was very pleased with the sincerity of the internet sales lady Stephanie. So he encouraged me to visit Autosport Honda and see whether I like the car and feel comfortable of the dealer. Kerry, the salesman was very knowledgeable, who makes me feel impressed about the car. So I sat down with the sales manager Chris Gallo with my sincerity. What happened next really disappointed me. Before I came in, I already got several competitive prices from other dealers. The reason why I was in Autosport was because of the strong encouragement from my friend and the promise made online by their sales manager that they gonna do better than the price from the other dealer. However, they played a big joke on my friend and me. Chris, the sales manager gave me a price that was not even close to the printed out price I got from other dealers. After a few trials, I felt there was no chance for him to beat up or at least, matched up with the prices from other Honda dealerships as they've been promised through the emails. Chris just stuck with the price he showed me in the beginning, no rooms for negotiation, even a dollar. So I left the dealer with disappointment. Since I love the Accord Lx, I will go for the dealers that gave me the most competitive price. Overall, I feel most of guys in Autosport are friendly, and I am very willing to give credits to Stephanie and Kerry. So my suggestion is that if you care about the price, go and find other dealers for more competitive price. Based on my own experience, Autosport Honda could not give you the most competitive price as some other dealers. More

Got the quote for CRV2011 promptly. After agreeing to the price, the PO copy was received. And next day we picked up the car without any hassle. Chris Gallo made it a smoothe process. No "cute" additional questions that needed to be discussed, just a straight answer to a clear request for a quote. I showed up to sign for the deal, it was exactly as he described, to the penny...and Ken Steel did the paperwork, pointing out the exact numbers, and all the important details, I was in and out in thirty min. start to finish....no wasting my time,trying to sell a laundry list of unwanted products and accessories...although they mentioned what they could offer...and I declined, and they moved forward with the process. Polite,professional..and overall very friendly, without some phony attempt to build a "lifelong relationship"...just delivered exactly what I set out to accomplish...and THAT is what will bring me back to Autosport Honda, and also to highly reccomend this dealership to people who matter to me. Chris was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Besides being extremely personable and quick with his portion of the car sales, Chris also got us the best price by far on my new car. We shopped around at several dealerships in the surrounding area (VIP Honda in North Plainfield, Clinton Honda, DCH in Oldwick, etc.) and Chris still managed to save us an additional $300 below the lowest price we found. This is the second car I have personally bought from this particular dealership and both my sister and my parents have also purchased cars from Autosport. We have all been satisfied with our experience at this dealership, and I highly recommend working with Chris Gallo if you have the opportunity. More

I was lucky to get Chris Gallo, who was friendly and straight, and his price beat the other dealer's. They had the exact model and color I wanted, and so the deal was done. We set a time for pickup, and when the day came everything was ready. My wife and I have been delighted with the car ever since. More

Everyone that I worked with, especially Matt Borge, the cars over the years ... but NEVER have I had such a positive experience at a car dealership. Everyone that I worked with, especially Matt Borge, the new car salesman, but also the sales manager, Jane, the receptionist, Stephanie, the service manager, Vic, and Dominick, the detailer, were the kind of people we all wish we would come across more often, as it would make life far more pleasurable. But to find them all at a single dealership was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I look forward to going back to Autosport Honda and working with Matt and Jane to buy my future cars, and to working with the dealership's service department should any issues need to be addressed with my beautiful new Honda Accord. Far from feeling like I had been 'taken', as I have on occasion at other dealerships, I feel like I was introduced and got to work with some friends I just hadn't met before.
