I went to Autosport Honda in Bridgewater, NJ about 20 minutes to closing. I walked around and no one harrassed me, which I liked. I needed a minute to confirm what I wanted. Since I had a horrible experience at "ANOTHER" Honda dealership, I had my guard up. Than I saw this nice and friendly gentleman, named Doug Antolik. He was very nice, kind, and informative. I was so appreciative. He didn't try to rush me, because they were about to close. We made a deal and he promised to get the white CRV that I wanted, because it wasn't in stock. I'm happy to say Doug came through, and I drove away in my white CRV. Everything was smooth and seamless. They honored the signed documents, and came through for me. I've also recommended this dealership to my sister, who's lease is about to expire and my father, who needs a new car. In addition to Doug Antolik, being one of the best representatives I've ever met, the management staff was great as well. There was a female manager, CJ, and Ken. The wife and I walked in on a Monday nite, 3/14/2011. We had already decided to buy a Honda Pilot, Touring edition. The only question was who to get it from. I assume that is the base price. No dest. charge or anything else. On an internet quote, with no haggling, we got: MSRP: $40,395 Your E Price: $35,827.30 Dest around N. Jersey is 780, so even at 36,607, we were $1100 below what edmunds said was the average price. I'm not a great haggler. Maybe Edmunds.com is a scam. I couldn't tell you. I CAN tell you I was very happy with that price. I CAN tell you that we left the dealership that nite with a deal in place for that amount. We came back the next nite to sign and drive at 7 PM. Of course the Finance guy tried to sell us on the upgraded warranty package, but with a 4 & 7 year old in tow and getting grumpy, he quickly moved along with the situation, got us set up with what we wanted, NO HASSLES, we signed the paperwork, got the keys, and moved on. Since we had the kids, the wife left. I ended up staying at least another 45 minutes with the salesperson for a whirlwind tour of this SUV. It was not long enough. Although it was long enough as I could not absorb any more information. If you get the Touring model, plan on several hours of reading the manuals. Yes PLURAL. There are 2 you really MUST power read/skim at least. OK, so this is becoming a review of the car, which I shouldn't be doing. If you like the Touring model, and you like real nice Car Sales People, I can't possibly recommend any more that you go visit these folks. The dealership isn't all stuck up, pushy, or weird in any way. They pretty much all seemed like normal people. Nothing like the stereotypical smarmy car salesperson. There was very little pressure for added on crap, and Ken, the finance guy, quickly dropped his spiel once I put a stop to it. EVERYTHING price-wise was clearly laid out, first nite. Second nite, we made a couple of very minor changes, our choice. Ken printed a new contract in like 30 seconds, and off we went. Overall, we had a great experience. Heck, we bought a car from scratch in 2 days. And we were both happy about the experience. How many other people can boast about that? Worth the trip no matter what. FYI, we were actually in a competition with another customer, to be Stephanies First Car Sale. ( We won. As far as I'm concerned, we won on several fronts.) More

As a first time purchaser of a new car, I was more than pleased with not only the quality of the automobile, but with the quality of the staff at Autosport Honda. It is most apparent that their primary concern is customer satisfaction, which was evident in the sales person's willingness to get me into a car that I wanted. The vehicle itself was delivered in mint condition (there is nothing better than that new car smell). Furthermore, the finance officer was equally as helpful in assisting me to better understand and feel comfortable with my financial responsibilities, which, understandibly, can be a daunting task.
