I would like to commend Doug Antolik on great customer service again! I leased a White CRV from him back in March 2011, and was given the highest quality customer service anyone could ever hope or ask for service again! Doug came through again, and leased a Honda Pilot to my Dad. I referred my sister to Doug, who's lease will mature in a few months and I will refer anyone else interested in buying or leasing a Honda to him as well. Doug keep up the great work! I recently purchased a Honda CR-V. I have never shopped for a new car through the internet before and am really happy I decided to this time. After sending out a few quotes through Honda, I started getting some replies. Many dealers didn't want to give me a price without coming to their store. Autosport Honda gave me a complete breakdown of their price without pushing me to come in. They were very prompt with their emails. Dealing with Damian and Stephanie in their Internet Dept. was a real pleasure and is why I chose to purchase from them. Doug Antolik (sales guy) was new, but still helpful and fairly transparent. Didn't seem shady. The dealership needs to address it's parking problem. There is none, but I do understand they've been trying to build a larger facility next door, and have just been held up by red tape. I'm certain some people have just driven away after not being able to secure a prking spot. And they need to handle greeting walk-ins better. If all the sales guys are busy...and they were the day we visited...they should offer a "greeter", or somebody like that. Some cold drinks would be nice (and a cheap investment for Autosport to make), and their coffee was nothing to write home about. I generally don't care about things like coffee and not being greeted, but if I'm waiting to be helped...especially if I'm making a decision about a purchase as big as an automobile...it seems like a small price for Autosport to pay. And if families are shopping, addressing a way to entertain the kids would be a good idea as well. Kids get bored easily. That said, still a relatively good experience, and the aftersale guy CJ was smooth, efficient and not pushy. More
We went to Autosport initially because they had great ratings on Google on the cheapest cars on the web. (I searched all the local dealerships and was pleasantly surprised that even on their website, Aut ratings on Google on the cheapest cars on the web. Terry was our salesman. He was great! He wasn't pushy at all. He gave us a great deal on our trade-in. Everyone at Autosport was very easy to work with. We went to Stephanie to lease our new 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L. she was great to work with. They matched our prices from other dealerships and offered us great service. The new program Free Car Service which EX-L. she was great to work with. They matched our prices from other dealerships and offered us great service. The new program Free Car Service which gives 4 free oil changes and 2 free tire rotation is a big help once you lease/buy the car. I would definitely recommend the dealer to rest of the folks in NJ. When I first went to Autosport I explain to the salesperson that I wanted to terminate our lease of our CR-V and get into a civic. He told me that wouldn't be a problem and that they wanted to buy salesperson that I wanted to terminate our lease of our CR-V and get into a civic. He told me that wouldn't be a problem and that they wanted to buy my CR-V, so I set up an appointment. The day of the appointment was totally a different story. First, the salesperson started out with trying to sell us a more expensive car. Secondly, tried to give us less than our CR-V was worth and having us to put all this money out of pocket. Then they just told us to leave and they would get back to us. My husband had to call them and then I called them and the sales manager Craig promise me they were going to call me back with some new information and they never did! I have been a customer with Honda for the past five years and this dealership was the worst I ever had to deal with. I will never go back or recommend this dealership!!! More
