I was in the market for a certified pre-owned vehicle and being that I already owned a Honda and work across the street from a Honda dealership I inquired about a specific vehicle that was available. I was directed to a gentleman Brian who I was told would take care of me in a professional manner. After inquiring about the vehicle Brian went out of his way to bring the vehicle to my work and ask me the necessary qualifying questions, it gets even better! Not only did he come back with the preliminary paperwork, but when we came to an agreement he picked my mother up from my workplace and brought her to the Honda dealership until I was ready to take delivery. Brian was extremely accessible, easy to communicate with, and made everything as comfortable as can be. I'm very happy with the entire purchasing experience and will highly recommend him and his dealership Autospor Honda. A++ More

Unlike many of the dealers I've visited within 20 miles of NYC, the staff at Honda Autosport do not have the high pressure, "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" attitude. Doug took the time of NYC, the staff at Honda Autosport do not have the high pressure, "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" attitude. Doug took the time to properly explain the features of the car. Also, because it was a 2 year old vehicle, he also pointed out some the deficiencies which contributed to it's "gently used" status. All this information was very useful in making an informed, non pressured decision. I can't for the life of me understand why there isn't a line 50 people long trying to deal with this dealership and why they prefer to be pressured into a bad decision. Even with the excellent service, it was the good prices and quality vehicles that brought me there in the first place. Thanks Doug More

I went in with my research done and knew exactly what I was willing to pay for and what kind of car I was interested in. Nelson greeted my father and I as soon as we walked into the dealer. After telling him which car I was most interested in, he immediately went and brought the models he had on the lot up to the parking lot for us to look at. Not only was I in love immediately with the car, but Nelson informed me on facts about the car that I didn't know and explained in detail exactly what I was paying for. Then shortly after, I was already going for a test drive. He made sure we always new what part of the buying process we were in and we never had to wonder what was going on. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Autosport Honda. I could not have had a better one. Nelson reassured me that I was going to be overjoyed with the car I was buying, and I was. I was not sure going into the dealer if I was going to buy a car, but I knew once I sat down and Nelson went over everything with me, he made me comfortable enough to make this big purchase. My boyfriend and I agreed that Nelson was by far the better salesman out of any we had met - I got a great certified used Honda Civic and wasn't pressured into something I couldn't afford or wasn't interested in.
