I came to Autosport after visiting VIP Honda in North Plainfield. I was upfront about what I needed and that I had another potential deal with VIP. After Matt and Autosport bettered the deal I was getting from VIP I ordered the Minivan was given a July 5th delivery date. The delivery date came and went and I ended up speaking with Jane who runs the dealership. It was hard to be mad at the delay due to the logistical issues Japan is having currently. Our Minivan ended up coming in about 10 days late and we are very satisfied with how the situation was handled. Everyone I have met in sales, management, and finance was top shelf. My husband and I were looking to trade in our BMW for two Hondas and Mattand Nelson set us up with the perfect cars for us - a 2011 Honda Fit and a 2009 Honda Civic Si. But, Matt helped us figure out a payment plan that was managable and didn't blow our whole savings account. As a previous Honda owner, the decision to get the Fit was a no brainer, but my husband wasn't sure if he wanted a Honda until we got to Autosport and Matt expained what a great car the Civic Si is. Now we are both in love with our cars and are so thankful to Matt and Nelson for walking us through the sales process and being patient with all of our questions! He took the time and patiently explained and showed me all the features of the Honda Odyssey he had in the lot. Unfortunately it was the Touring Elite model and I was looking for the Touring model. So again he took the time to check his inventory and found that there was a delivery of the Touring model within the time frame that I need the car. He said he will call me once the delivery is made and he did on the next Tuesday morning as he promised and now I am a proud owner of a 2011 Touring Model of the Honda Odyssey. I brought my family to see the car and confirmed the deal on Saturday and picked up the new car the following Wednesday, it was that quick. Brian is extremely friendly, professional , knowledgeable and best of all he will work with you. He even offered to pick me up at my house the morning of the delivery. If you want a pleasant car buying experience, I highly recommend Autosport Honda and its staff , especially Brian DiPaolo. More

First four oil changes and two tire rotations are complimentary. During the financing process, CJ did not try to hard sell any of the extras that often are pushed on customers at this stage. In fact, CJ got us a duplicate family registration at no extra charge. No direct experience with service yet, but when I called the wrong number and got the service department, they were friendly and forwarded the call to the correct location. More
