We didn't waste lots of time with other dealers since their prices have been very good. They didn't have the color we wanted in stock. However, they were able to get us our choice within three days. This is this 2nd car I have leased from Autosport. I thought my last experiance was great but this one was even better. I was getting close to the milage of my lease and Autosport was able to get me out thought my last experiance was great but this one was even better. I was getting close to the milage of my lease and Autosport was able to get me out of it even though I had a couple of more months left on my current lease and the best part was my payment was lower and didnt have to come up with anything down. My salesperson Nelson was great. He never pressured me at all amd made me feel real comfortable during the entire process. The Mangers Jane and Chris and Finance manager Matt were alos wonderful to deal with. I have already refered my family in the past and will send everyone I know looking for a new car to Autosport. Thanks Everyone I will see you all again in 3 years More

small dealership, when we get there, no one come to help us for first 5 minutes. nice price, but most likely you have to wait couple days to get your car. they are too small, do not have much new car in s us for first 5 minutes. nice price, but most likely you have to wait couple days to get your car. they are too small, do not have much new car in stock. also their financing is really hard. we got credit score above 780, and show them our 3 years job offer letter for princeton university, they still refuse to give us loan. actually they didn't ask us to fill any loan application form, and i believe they did not check out credit score. this might be a trick to refuse honoring the price we discussed in email. dealing with them, make me feel unconformable, not sure how much service they can provide after the purchase. overall, they provide good price, it's good choice for you to buy a car from them if you can wait, and you don't need finance. More

Where do I even start with this dealership? This place is nothing more then one big chaotic circus act. They were nothing more then a major waste of my time and patience. To begin, I entered this dealership nothing more then one big chaotic circus act. They were nothing more then a major waste of my time and patience. To begin, I entered this dealership on a Friday in October, looking to buy a new civic. We were not greeted, not even so much as acknowledged as a living soul. Standing in the showroom for about 10 minutes we were still not even so much as looked at. When someone else came in after us they were instantly greeted and put in line to talk to a salesman. What an experience! Now after talking with Steven Lustig, their vice president, I was assured this was not how they do business, and was asked to give them a chance to re-earn my business. What a mistake it was to allow them this privilege. In October I go in and talk to their finance director at the time, who they have since fired, and he began to work on my deal. My credit was not up to speed, but he assured me they were embarking on new agreements with a few banks, and that they would have something for me within a week. I was asked not to go anywhere else, to protect my credit, as I was assured of a deal. I was promised a call, but received nothing, at this point I should have realized what I was getting into, but I didn't. I received almost no communication from anybody who was processing my deal at any point, I always had to call them to see how things were going(they called me once or twice on their own free will). I understand being busy, but then don't make promises, and certainly don't tell me you can help me. It came down to the point where I had to set a deadline for a deal to occur, because I had waited a month and a half for them to contact me(even just to touch base with me), and I went nowhere else at their request. So now over a month later I have no new car, no deal, and a major headache. I have since walked into Brad Benson Hyundai and found myself walking out with a brand new 2012 Hyundai, with next to no issues, and certainly no being strung along. Communication and customer service are a real issue here. I feel like I was strung along by this dealership. If you can't help someone, tell them, don't leave them hanging, this is the worst thing you can do. You guys held me back from anything else. Due to this experience I will never buy a Honda. Honda is such a quality product, it's a shame that their dealerships can't operate with that same quality. I will be in touch with the BBB, to see if I can't file a formal complaint. Moral of the story, skip this dealership, unless you are looking for a major headache, and waste of time. Thanks for nothing Autosport Honda! More

No words to describe. Best deal in and near my area for at least 25 miles radius. Unbeatable price. I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring Black/Black. I had to wait exactly a month to get the vehicle but at least 25 miles radius. Unbeatable price. I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring Black/Black. I had to wait exactly a month to get the vehicle but at the end it was fruitful. The wait was not the dealers fault but was controlled by Honda production. Stephanie was easy to deal with. She always got back to my emails in a timely and courteous manner and did her best to try and get me the car that I wanted.
