My review has nothing to do with the quality of the car, and is most likely not indicative of the entire company but I had a very poor buying experience in that my salesperson did not honor my car pickup ap and is most likely not indicative of the entire company but I had a very poor buying experience in that my salesperson did not honor my car pickup appointment. When I showed up to pick up my car, I found the salesperson with another couple trying to sell them a car. I was asked to wait until finally another employee began to process my paperwork. Insurance data that I had sent to the office earlier that day was misplaced and I ended up waiting while they scrambled to complete my transaction and provide the overview of the car. In the past, I had purchased a Honda from a nearby dealership and was treated like a king at pick up time. They introduced me to the Service Mgr, all the other sales folks congratulated me, and I felt like they really cared. In this situation I felt disrespected and pushed aside while they tried to make another sale. Again, reading other reviews of this dealership it seems like this is an isolated incident, but overall I was left feeling very empty after this buying experience. More

I came to this dealer to look at the new 2012 CR-V and I left with a new car that I picked up the next day. I wanted the EX model but was able to get the EX-L for such a good price Navigator included. Brian left with a new car that I picked up the next day. I wanted the EX model but was able to get the EX-L for such a good price Navigator included. Brian was also able to get a great price for my 2007 CR-V. The whole process took less than an hour! And I never felt pressured to get something I didn't wanted. I will be recommending this dealer to my friends for sure. More

Just purchased a Certified CR-V from these guys, shopped online. I got a great price and a free remote starter. They got back to me quickly, followed up without bothering me. When they delivered the car they both spent a great deal of time with me to make sure I knew all of the features of the car. I had a great transaction with them. Matt their business manager was very thorough as well. Car was clean when I picked it up and it also came with two years free oil changes and tire rotations.
