Upon entering Autosport I was asked immediately if I wanted a cup of coffee, a drastic difference from the four other dealers I visited that same day. Damian was a pleasure to speak to and do business with. He responded to my email inquiries very quickly when I had questions before I came to the dealership and at no time when at Autosport did he place any pressure on me to "buy the car today". He matched the best price that I was offered and was the only dealer that showed me the exact car I'd be purchasing. I appreciated that he took the time to go over the order sheet line by line and, sure enough, the price we shook on was the exact price I paid. Kerry DeLong who was my finance manager, was also extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure that I didn't pay a penny more than I was supposed to. I purchased/leased five cars (including four Honda's!) before this one and none matched the buying experience at Autosport. More

Brian DiPaolo greeted us in the show room and was very happy to provide us information on the CR-V. He first asked us about our likes for style (e.g., LX, EX, or EX-L) and color. He was quick in finding the current dealer inventory that would match our choice (e.g., LX or EX) and brought one of the cars to the front for us to inspect. We were not so much interested in test drive as we already have done that at previous dealers. We took a look at the LX but found that it did not contain all the elements we wanted and that it had less than our current CR-V of 2006). Then he brought us an EX model and gave us enough time to evaluate it and to ask more questions. Once we discussed the cost of the identified model, Brian worked hard to find us a car that we would be happy with the style of CR-V, color and the price and together with the business office gave us the best deal. We are very happy with our new car, the service Autosport gave us and look forward the service good service it will continue to provide us whenever we service the car. More

Coming off a great experience with another Honda dealer where Victor worked, we visited Autosport Honda in Oct 2011 after learning that Victor moved to Autosport. When our Odyssey lease was expiring Brian where Victor worked, we visited Autosport Honda in Oct 2011 after learning that Victor moved to Autosport. When our Odyssey lease was expiring Brian and Victor went out of their way to make sure we were able to seamlessly enter into another lease for a 2012 Odyssey. Victor put us in touch with Brian who made the process easy and enjoyable. Recently we returned to Autosport to discuss another vehicle purchase. Brian answered our questions about the new CRV and made us feel welcome once again. We'll be back when its time! When you move facilities please don't lose that "home dealer" feel! More

Excellent overall experience, Chris and Giselle where extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I really like the fact that you could go in, look at the vehicle and not be swarmed on by extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I really like the fact that you could go in, look at the vehicle and not be swarmed on by salespeople who usually know less about the vehicle then you, so this was a refreshing experience. Working on the deal was the same, it was very simple. With the internet consumers are much more prepared to deal. I was ready to buy that day and I made that clear, I had a fair price in mind and after a short amount of time I was a new owner of a 2012 Pilot EX-L. They had a hard time locating the color combination we wanted due to the demand so they had to order it for us. The best part is nothing in the deal changed, we had to wait a little longer since it wasn’t on the lot but we got a Pilot a week off the assembly line so that was even better. I started with the Costco Program and was sent to this awful dealer. I live in NJ, the Costco approved dealer runs this ridiculous commercial with Planetman and Honda Boy, I said to my wife when I first saw that commercial, who would buy a car from them, and was I ever right. I will be back to Autosport Honda for my next vehicle when I am ready, hands down simple no stress process. Thanks for an excellent experience. More
