Kristal is such a joy, she is friendly, professional, warm and welcoming. She was the first person I talked to and our conversation made such a positive impression on me. Meeting Damian and Kerry DeLong on Tuesday, March 13 continued the experience of being listened to, and I felt that the three of them were there to guide and assist me as much as possible for me to smoothly go through all the steps to purchase our vehicle. Since my husband was not available until Wednesday, Damian suggested I leave a deposit so the car could be held for us. Kerry took information from me so he could pre-qualify me for our car loan through Honda and thoroughly explained what I needed to do with my car insurance company on Wednesday so that if we bought the car Wednesday night (after my husband and I tested drove it) the process would go more smoothly. Damian is friendly, extremely knowledgeable about Hondas, and took a great deal of time with my husband, giving him "pointers" about the Accord's features. Kerry did such a phenomenal job with the financing aspects of the purchase, he really worked with us, was very patient and went above and beyond to serve both us and his car dealership. We greatly appreciate the exceptions he made for us with financing that made it all so stress free. He even handled several phone calls from the dealership(it's not pleasant to get pulled in several directions at once, and he professionally handled the required phone calls while continuing to work with us).We spent more than we anticipated, price plus the extended warranty, yet every dollar is worth it because we have a car that is in excellent condition and is truly reliable. Both Kristal and Damian walked out to our "new" car. We are thrilled to have a new home for our Honda service, I can't imagine taking our cars anywhere else. Finally,we did discover a torn pocket behind the passenger seat and small gash in the front bumper and Damian immediately addressed those concerns and took the car to the service department and the issues will be taken care of. Thank you again to Kristal, Damian and Kerry for their outstanding service and making buying this car the most pleasant car dealership experience we have ever had!!
