My experience at the Autosport dealership was a tad unusual but definitely positive. I came in to consider purchasing a specific Honda Accord. I learned about the vehicle from Terry and we had an enlightening test drive. I prefer to have the salesman accompany me on the test drive so I can ask questions and get instructions as I drive. Other dealerships do not necessarily bother to do this. Terry did not have to do much to sell me on the model - I had already narrowed down my choices and the Accord LX was my first choice. Terry clearly explained the purchasing process and every fee. I signed an agreement with very reasonable terms. I was delighted! Now, the unusual part. Shortly after I departed, I received a call from Paul Santiago, a manager. There was a problem. I insisted that the problem be resolved in my favor, considering the nature of the problem. Paul promised to call me back the following day. He did so, and offered the best solution to the problem right away - I did not have to go back and forth in a debate. Paul remained calm, pleasant and accommodating. I picked up the car in less than a week. I applaud Paul for having the sense and fair judgment to offer me the appropriate alternative when my initial car contract had an issue. I applaud Terry for one minor extra service - I could not remove the EZPASS from my trade-in car. Terry removed it and, without my asking him, set it in place on my new car! That was one less thing for me to worry about. What really made my experience picking up the car more entertaining than I could have imagined was working with Jane, who handled the many paperwork transactions. She was cheerful and witty - not what I expect when I am signing papers. I look forward to getting maintenance service at the new Autosport facility east on rt. 22 (and closer to my work location). More

They were very easy to work with and gave me the best price. I dealt with internet sales and Crystal was very easy two work with. Another 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way with my new Pilot. I know what I want when I buy a new car so I measure my experience on how fast we can get a dal done. These guys were great! i had purchased a 2012 subaru imprezza. i have always had a honda and i don't know why i ever purchased the subaru. i had the car a week and traded it in for my honda civic. paul from the service dept recomm a honda and i don't know why i ever purchased the subaru. i had the car a week and traded it in for my honda civic. paul from the service dept recommended terry weil for the salesman. he was great. autosport honda is the best!! the people are all nice and helpful and friendly. i have been coming to this dealership since 1987 whe i purchased my 1st honda civic. then i bought a 1990 prelude and my 2000 prelude. i wish honda still made the prelude. i hated to get rid of the car. it served me well for 12 yrs. and honda service dept is great as well. i would never go to anyone else. why i went to subaru i will never know and i learned from my mistake. terry weil was helpful and not a pushy salesman. he explained everything to me and i would recommend him to everyone!! also paul allen in the service dept is always helpful to me. i have known him since 1987. he is the best!! honda**i love my car!!! We met via internet with Kristal. Informed the vehicle we were interested in was on hold but she would keep eye on it. She either called or e-mailed daily to keep us up to date. This has to be the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I walked in after visiting a few other dealers where my experience was less than pleasant. I told them II wanted to speak to someone about the Honda Civic. I met Brian DiPaolo and he was very friendly and said he would get a Civic for me to test drive. When I was done I asked if I could drive the Insight and then the Accord. Brian was very accommodating and understanding. I was surely not being easy but he smiled and let me go at my pace. I walked out and told him I would stop by tomorrow with my trade. The next day I showed up with the trade and then asked him to work out a price for me on the Civic Hybrid. e got me a price and then I asked about upgrading to leather and navigation. He got me a price and we made a deal. I was able to drive the car home the same day. I have to say again how pleasant everyone at this dealer was. From the appirasal to the sale and financing everyone worked hard to earn my business. I will certainly reward this dealer with another sale when I am ready. I am always apprehensive when purchasing a new car because of the pressure and squabbling over the price. We arrived at the dealer, were not pressured by anyone until we were ready to talk. When we sat down, the process was very relaxing and I came away with a different opinion. We sat down and in a short time we had an agreement and I felt a very satisfactory one. The delivery of the car was quite easy. The gentleman that finalized the paperwork was very informative and made this part of the process easy. The car was prepared and was crystal clean inside and out. Mr. DiPaolo took time to go over many of the features of the car before we left. He also stated that he was available and we could call him if we had any questions.
