My husband and I were interested in test driving a CRV. We first attempted the Clinton dealership because several friends recommended it. After 20 minutes of waiting for assistance at that dealership, we d We first attempted the Clinton dealership because several friends recommended it. After 20 minutes of waiting for assistance at that dealership, we decided it was time to leave and head to AutoSport. Kerry greated and assisted us immediately upon entering AutoSport Honda. We knew after test driving a Kia Sorrento and CRV, that the CRV was the one for us. Because the lease was up in June on the Highlander, we decided to give it up sooner if the price on the CRV was right for us. Kerry informed us Honda had a great deal on leasing vehicles as long as we drove away with it by the next day, and that AutoSport would work with us on price, as well as take the Highlander. After going back and forth and which model CRV we wanted (because he suggested it since we had 2 young children)we sat down to make a deal. First, Kerry began making a deal on a model we did not agree to, but my husband caught that after a few minutes. Once we figured out which model was the right one, we had to take ownership of it immediately so it had to be in stock. We agreed to take the blue one out of the showroom if the price was right. Although we agreed to getting it below $400 a month, that didn't really happen, and every time I asked Kerry about the final price of the vehicle, he shrugged it off and gave a misleading response. He had me speak with the insurance company and gave me the price to give to them. Doing that gave my husband and I the impression that was the price we were paying. After agreeing to the lease, and giving them the Highlander, we met Kerry to sign the lease paperwork. As usual, when the contract was presented it was rushed, so we didn't ask to many questions. Not to mention, we believed the price of the car was the one he had me quote to the insurance company. After losing a nights sleep, and reading over the contract, my husband and I realized that we never agreed on the price that was presented on the contract. We felt a little taken advantage of in that regards. After driving the CRV for a week, I can honestly say we love it, and in three years may consider another Honda. Before driving it off the lot, Kerry helped customize the settings and made us feel comfortable with all the controls. We truly appreciated his help with that. Will we go back to AutoSport or try Clinton (per friends recommendations) again, I don't know. We will have to wait and see. Thanks again for making most of our experience a positive one. More

He was respectful of our time and the fact that we were serious about purchasing. Brian also let us know several times how happy the dealership was to have our business for a second time. The reason we came back to Autosport was for the service. Everyone we dealt with, Brian, Jane, and Kerry, couldn't be more polite, friendly, and professional. Buying a car is not always a positive experience but it was for us at Autosport Honda. Brian was very helpful when we picked up our new car. He showed us how everything worked and we really appreciated his honesty when he was unsure of something. When that happened, he immediately got someone else to help us rather than pretend he knew the information. More
