I talked to her earlier on the phone before I even went to the dealership, and she was very friendly and very informative with all the questions I had to ask, and when she said she would call back with an answer, she called back within ten minutes, and I thought that was a very good worth ethic. Overall, my father and I really enjoyed our experience, they made us feel comfortable and informed us on every last detail, even with some of the information we already knew. Damian took alot of time with us showing us our new CRV............ Salesmen like Damian are hard to come by. I also want to mention Regina who before Damian was our salesman I had called about another situation and she was very helpful and apologetic to me on the phone. We originally visited Autosport Honda looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle, thinking that was the only way we could afford something. When we met Brian, he did what he could with the specific vehicle we cho pre-owned vehicle, thinking that was the only way we could afford something. When we met Brian, he did what he could with the specific vehicle we chose, however, what we wanted was out of our reach. He continued to try to make something work. That is when he approached us about leasing a new vehicle instead. After discussing it, we realized that was the best avenue for us financially. Brian was extremely patient and kind with us (even though I know I was a pain) and he didn't give up. He put his all doing the best for us and we are very thankful because we drove away with a beautiful brand new vehicle for 3 yrs (which to me new is always preferable).
