Having gone to five different dealerships to compare/contrast both vehicles and staff to work with, Autosport (hands down!) was the superior experience. This is due to the incredibly warm, professional, and friendly experience with a sales representative named Giselle. I never felt pressured, I sincerely felt like I was receiving a fair deal on a new vehicle, and I always felt as though Giselle was ready to assist with any questions that I had. Upon deciding to purchase with Autosport, Giselle made sure to streamline every part of my experience and made herself available to assist in any way possible. When it came time to finacially close the deal, I sat down with Kerry. And again I felt as though I was receiving a fair deal, and that any anxiety I had over the money was being taken seriously. My experience at Autosport was truly great. I would recommend to ANYONE looking for a Honda to please visit with Giselle. You will be well taken of! More

Meghan was very knowledgeable about the car after only three weeks on the job. She was super friendly, didn't annoy us like most car salesmen and was wonderful with the kids. We got a great deal on the pilot & I totally love it! The only problem we had was with our trade in. The price the dealership was willing to give us was way too low. We will be selling it on our own. First off, we dont care about running around looking for the "lowest" price in order to save money. Maybe we could, maybe we can't. SERVICE, returned phone calls, sound financial advice, knowledge of car, able to call DAMIAN on his day off with a stupid question about the 4-wheel drive, and, an on site coffee machine is what is important to us. We are on our 4th car from Autosport. We were heading to be wayyyyy over miles on our lease, called DAMIAN up and let him know. We both concluded that it would be best to end the lease early and hop into a new Pilot. However, "Not this month...numbers not working out" DAMIAN would remember to run the numbers for me on the first of the month when HONDA changes the back end resids (very important factor that I learned from him....ask him to explain) and also the money factor rate (equally important....ask him about that) A few months later he called me up and said bring in the 2010 and get into a 2012....for a few dollars more a month. Very nice indeed. Thats correct we drove in about 12,000 miles over where we should be and drove off in a brand new Pilot for $6.00 a month increase!! Thats what a great salesman does, works behind the scene checking/running the numbers for the customer. Lastly, several cars ago we had our newborn with us DAMIAN installed the car seat in the new car. I called our insurance to get the binder and, the rep said that because the car was so new they did not have the VIN number in the data base and, could not give us insurance. JANE took over and explained that the dealership was closing and we had a newborn with us, they could have cared less. JANE sat on the phone speaking with many reps. finally, she was able to speak with someone who could authorize a binder and faxed it to the dealership. All told JANE spent well over an hour and, spoke to many unwilling reps. She was not taking no for an answer!! Thats what's important......SERVICE thanks for the great service!!! Rob & Christine More

Krystal from their internet department was very friendly and professional. They gave their best price right away thus making me extremely comfortable. I can confidently say that I got the best price possible. This Honda dealer is the best available in central NJ. I strongly recommend this dealership. More
