In particular I would like to commend Arthur Chen for his knowledge, understanding and insight into the vehicles. Arthur and I first discussed this purchase in June, cars were and still are difficult to find. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me (on the computer) the car he had in mind for me. I was hesitant a first, because I was purchasing the car unseen and would have to wait for months for the delivery. Arthur assured me I would love this car. I had bought my previous Civic from him, so he was very aware of my expectations. I picked up the car on September 9th and was totally floored when I saw it. It was exactly like he told me( even better), and he even keep the plastic on the seats so I could remove it myself. He sat with me and showed me how all the new apps and displays worked.
