Bellevue Honda was a horrible place to shop for my forever car. Agreed on price and details. Showed up to do paperwork and waited for 3 hours, no paperwork was even completed. It was crowded, unprofessional and definately not personable. Bellevue Honda wouldn't agree to deliver my car until 2-3 days after purchase. Dealership has a reputation of having big egos, I have to agree! More

Not all documentation was shown at dealership Our experience when we went to pick up our vehicle was very confrontational. We had been told that the power train warranty was free. When we got ho Our experience when we went to pick up our vehicle was very confrontational. We had been told that the power train warranty was free. When we got home we found the unsigned warranty agreement that we had not seen at the dealership. It contained a $200 deductible. i.e. not free. When I asked our salesman about this, he said if we didn't need the service it would be free!! When we went to pickup our car, we noticed a banner saying if you bought a new car prior to the end of the year the floor mats would be free. When I asked our salesman about it he said since the owner’s wife used the vehicle it was not new. On our sales agreement the car was designated as "NEW". Since we had already signed for the vehicle I had no recourse but to warn other potential buyers of their after-sale tactics. I later talked to the sales manager about our experience. He gave me a "used car dealer's" response and a rasher of baloney. His and the salesman's responses soured me on dealing with this dealership again. PS: After we had signed the PO we were ushered into a back office somewhere. After we were seated, the fellow started to discuss additional options for the vehicle, When I told him we did not want any additional options, he was very indignant. More
