I have been looking for months....so I am over the top excited with my purchase/car :) I also am very happy with everyone who helped me at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue !! Everyone was so pleasant and even welcomed my little (barking) puppy. My salesman, Tom Kim, was very pleasant to work with, a really nice guy and very genuine. Once the deal was made, the entire staff invoved were extremely efficient with the paperwork and I was driving my new car home in less than 40 minutes :) I also have to thank my friend Lloyd for his wisdom, and my Dad for helping me financially !! I had picture of it on my wallpaper of my phon I have dreamed of having a red Honda Civic Coupe for many years...i waited until it was the right time. I had picture of it on my wallpaper of my phone and on my goal list for a while in the meantime. So one day i just called to talk with a dealer from Bellevue Honda because a friend from work said his wife got her car here and had a great experience so i should try here. So i called and spoke with Will Lis, the poor guy..by the end I was messaging him so much i am surprised his phone was still working after he told me that there was just one more red Honda Civic Coupe on the lot! I was so excited!! I thought well i could at least make a appointment and check it out and test drive it. And if the financing part went right it would be meant to be...Well i made that appointment and was really looking forward to it the whole time until that morning of the appointment. I showed up and met Will and then he was so kind to bring the car around to test drive! I could not wait to take it on a test drive, the car drove soooo smoothly and was nice and quiet. It was everything i wanted and more, had the automatic start and was the color I wanted. Will was so nice and processed the deal very efficiently, without the pressure i have experienced from other dealerships i have dealt with in the past. He is the "best" car salesman i have ever had a car deal through and i mean it! So then i of course had to go to the finance guy Ray to get the paperwork signed. He was very pleasant during the process of getting the papers signed, he answered all my questions i had about the deal. This was the best car sales experience i have had!!!! Thank you Bellevue Honda for helping me achieve my goal in getting my dream car. More

I purchased a used vehicle from a Honda dealer on 5/11/20. I brought the vehicle in on the same day 5/11/20 to Honda of Bellevue. The car had been professionally detailed by the previous Honda dealership where it was purchased. It was inspected by the prior Honda dealership prior to delivery. I also inspected the car top to bottom before purchasing the vehicle. After Honda of Bellevue conducted a buyer’s inspection, they attempted to deliver the car back to me with black grease stains on my beige fabric interior in the front, rear and cargo area. I immediately notified them and after waiting at the dealer for 30 minutes, they attempted to deliver it back to me again without having removed all the grease stains. I went back into the waiting room for another hour and was forced to take a phone interview in their waiting room. I spoke with the Service Manager regarding the issue and he offered nothing to make it right, even going so far as to indicate that he would be checking cameras because there is no way that they caused the black grease stains. The Service Manager tried to correlate the time that the vehicle was at the dealer to the likelihood that they caused the damage. He stated the car had been with them only for a day, how could they cause this damage in such a short time? I am not going to comment on that, I’m sure anyone reading this can figure out where his rationale is flawed since damage in this case is not related to time. Lastly the Service Manager claimed that some of the damage on headliner of the cargo area was not caused by them since no work was performed on the car that would require being in the cargo area. When I reminded him that a buyer’s inspection was performed on the entire vehicle, he said that it was possible that the technician inspected the cargo area from the rear seat instead of opening up the cargo hatch. Unconvinced of this logic and now questioning whether a proper inspection was completed, I notified the General Manager. After waiting 2 hours at Honda of Bellevue, the Service Manager tried to deliver the car back to me a third time without having repaired the damage. The haphazard way in which the interior was attempted to be cleaned left permanent wear marks on the beige suede material, rubbing off the natural look of the fabric and causing dark spots where cleaned. After a few hours at the dealership, I left the car keys and asked them to fix it. I spoke with the General Manager over the phone and he mentioned multiple times the reputation of the dealer and how he would be following up with me to make sure things are right the following day, which is when the vehicle was scheduled for pickup. After hearing nothing by almost 5pm, and having received a notice to give the dealership an excellent rating via survey, I reached out to the dealer and they told me the car is ready. I went back and noticed that the wear marks were still on the suede material where they had used some sort of cloth to scrub away the grease and instead damaged the fabric. I have left multiple messages for the General Manager, I have emailed, and done everything I can to get in touch with them assuming that they would act in good faith. I really recommend that if you service your car with them that you take detailed notes, photos and video and inspect with the service technician your vehicle prior to Honda of Bellevue accepting your vehicle. I contacted 16 auto upholsterers, only 1 would attempt the repair due to the complexity of matching the fabric and not damaging the door. The cost to repair the damage is $532. It appears that Honda of Bellevue has no intention of paying and I will be forced to seek other options. In addition, I am going to have the car inspected by another dealer. The information that the dealer stated that was the basis for proof of inspection conflicts with another inspection previously provided. More

Went in for service, came out with a new car Originally came in, to get my 2008 Honda civic serviced, and after speaking with Jeff, from the service department, who was wonderful in helping me, I Originally came in, to get my 2008 Honda civic serviced, and after speaking with Jeff, from the service department, who was wonderful in helping me, I realized, perhaps, it was time for a new car, because I really didn't want to put money, into my 12 year old car. With the excellent help of Karim, who introduced me to Arthur, and then my salesman Maurice, I couldn't have asked for a better team. I, along with my fiance were so well taken care of, I just can't say enough good things. We got the car I have always wanted. A 2019 Honda HRV. I still can't believe, I am driving such an amazing car. I recommend Honda of Bellevue to anyone. More
