I was turned down twice hours before my actual purchase. The sales guy i was working with asked me not come on a particular day since that day was his weekly off and then next day he wont even hold the car The sales guy i was working with asked me not come on a particular day since that day was his weekly off and then next day he wont even hold the car for an hour for me. Someone else picked the car in the meanwhile. And this hasnt happened once ..this happened twice..this makes me wonder if they have change of mind. A co-worker of mine warned me about this dealership but i thought maybe it was a one off instance. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone. More
I bought a car from Honda of Bellevue, but when I take it out of the Dealer few days I get back ask for some questions. I brought my daughters Civic in for service. Later that day, returned to pick-up the car. Returning home, I noticed that amount charged was entirely the wrong amount. Turned around and went back. Service advisor (Kris) could not understand why she had quoted me the price she did for my 60,000 service. She tried to get it down to the quoted price but, "I can't get it to the price I quoted you". She ended up with a slightly higher final price. I was tired and agreed. When my daughter got home from work (30 minutes later), she noticed that her parking pass for UW was missing from car!!! I called Kris again and asked about the parking pass missing from the rear view mirror. She just said, "I'll keep an eye out for it". It was $200.00 and could be used by anyone . Upset, I drove back, and asked to speak to Parker. The theft of a $200.00 item was very serious to me. He said he would review the tapes. He called back 4 days later to say, "the pass is visible in the car wash line, I see no evidence of wrongdoing". So, in between the car wash and valet delivery, the pass disappeared. Now I have to file a police report for theft . How can anyone trust a dealership with dishonest employees??? Expensive lesson learned.. More
I didn't end up purchasing a Honda because I had my heart set on a Prius from the very very very beginning, but I did test drive 3 cars at Honda of Bellevue and found Joy Jackson's service to be exemplary. She was patient, knowledgeable, and funny as heck. I came very very close to purchasing a Civic but we couldn't agree on pricing (not Joy's fault because she did work it for me) so unfortunately I couldn't give her any commission, but I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Actually, I liked her a lot better than my Prius salesman and wished their roles in this transaction could've been reversed. More

We purchased a car from Honda of Bellevue and only received one key that day. We were promised a second key (which I believe is standard practice) but never received it. We left several messages with or saleman but he never responded. I then went to their customer service web page and posted a complaint which was totally ignored. I will never shop here again. My experience with Howie Te at Auto Center of Bellevue was fantastic. Howie was extremely knowledgable about the cars we were looking at and helpful in comparing our needs to what was out there. I bought my 2009 Honda Fit at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Tapeni Suiaunoa was my sales consultant and he was extremely courteous with a very easy going style! He made me feel very comfortable and was definitely reasonable during the negotiating process. He also has 17 years experience as an ASE Certified Technician, so it was extemely helpful to deal with someone who really knows the "ins & outs" of all the vehicles! The car had been on order, and when it came in and I went to the dealership to pick it up, Tapeni took his time showing me all the features. He was extremely thorough, even explaining some of the noises I'd hear (i.e. from the antilock brakes at startup), that might be unfamiliar to me so that I wouldn't worry something was wrong with the car when I heard them. He also spent time showing my brother (who works on cars as a hobby) all the mechanics under the hood. The finance people were also extremely courteous and low pressure. I would definitely recommend Tapeni and this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new car! I haven't used their service dep't yet, but my friend who has bought 4 Hondas from this dealership thinks the service dep't is also outstanding. More
My husband and I almost bought from another dealer but it didn't work out. They actually sold the car we were interested in and they did not trade with other dealers so we could not get exactly what we want didn't work out. My husband went on the internet to find a dealer who might have the one we wanted. Ken phoned him within a short time and let us know he could get the car for us from another dealer in the area. A few days later we did indeed get our car and we were very pleased with the whole experience. We really do appreciate the customer service from everyone there. More
We bought a used Nissian. After about a month the yellow service light went on. We took it to the nissian dealer and they checked it out. They told us it need $1500 repair. Reaction from the Honda dealership was that you take the risk in buying a used car. Recommend having an independent party check out any used car before buying from this dealership. More
