As soon as we arrived at the dealership Tom Kim introduced himself and was very cortez. Heard our request for the purchase of a new car and showed us all the options available. Tom was great! I found a used car I was interested in online, and after calling them to test drive, Tom took it from there. The car wasn't currently available, so he made sure to keep me updated periodi online, and after calling them to test drive, Tom took it from there. He was very friendly and wanted me to make the decision that was right for me, so was not pushy, but provided me with all of the information I had asked for. He was good to come to an agreement on a price that I was comfortable with and make sure the car met expectations! Tom would even text me to be more convenient, which was AWESOME! When my car was ready to be picked up, he even came to my house and gave me a ride to the dealership. This was my first time making such a big purchase on my own and I really appreciated Tom's service and how personable he was. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for a vehicle. He has since checked in on how I am enjoying the car, and I really feel that although I have already purchased my car and the deal is done, he is still available for me to call with any concerns. So not only the experience, but also the follow up has been great. More
