Honda Auto Center of Bellevue

Bought a Honda Civic 4 months ago and last week, battery and alternator went down. What is irritating is that i paid a premium to buy a car from this dearlership and being told over the phone by a rude sale and alternator went down. Not only did the battery had crorrosion, which is strange after only 4 months, but i also got a flat tire today that leads me to belive that there are not doing a thorough at checking used car before selling. I feel that i have been cheated and the sales person was not willing to help. Bad experience; very disapointed by lack of customer service and don't recommend at all !! More

This buying experience was really fast and flawless. Usually I have had to waste a day with purchasing a car. We first came to "Honda of Bellevue" to take a look at the new Honda CRV 2013 and compare it against the other options we had on the list (Subaru Forester 2013, Hyundai Santa Fe and Volkswagen Tig look at the new Honda CRV 2013 and compare it against the other options we had on the list (Subaru Forester 2013, Hyundai Santa Fe and Volkswagen Tiguan). Dennis was our consultant, and he was great at showing us around, demonstrating the car and describing its features and advantages. In the end this helped us make a decision in favor of Honda CRV. Also, Dennis helped us in every way while we were making a purchase. He was able to offer us a good price. We also liked the dealership itself.
