I really liked my salesperson Tom, he was extremely helpful and friendly and made the car buying experience tolerable. Tom had nothing to do with this but this is where I felt the most pressure (which I did not succumb to) in purchasing "extras" I really didn't need. The employee that was in charge of the final paperwork was nice but I feel if I hadn't been paying attention, or I didn't have my husband with me, I would have been duped into many needless things. The explanations were hurried and rushed through and paperwork was pushed in front of me with a pen without telling me that this particular item was "extra" and would be added on to the purchase price of the car. Also, the process of trading in my former car was a bit of a hassle. I understand dealerships need to make money but to insult my intelligence with the offer of $8000.00 for my used 2007 Accord was a little much. I negotiated for more and was 90% satisfied with the trade-in price but I found it on the internet for sale for almost $5000.oo more than I received. My car was in near perfect condition and I'm quite positive it needed nothing more than a detail. But like I said previously, Tom was great. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a Honda. More
