My experience with Bellevue Honda was very pleasant. I originally called and asked for a sales person that was very nice and not pushy. He was also the most respectful salesman I encountered - being a young female shopping alone I visited many dealerships me into the car of my choice. Very friendly salesman. I had called the store and talked to Rich on the phone. When I arrived, he greeted me and told me about the steps he's going to take for me to purchase the car. When we came back to the store, he helped me through the process of financing the car and getting an insurance. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We went into Bellevue Honda knowing exactly which car we wanted. Dennis was very friendly when we met him and as we explained what we were looking for. He thought it might be difficult to get exactly what wanted. Dennis was very friendly when we met him and as we explained what we were looking for. In fact the next day he called us and said he found the only model on the west coast that was exactly what we had requested, and it was on its way to Bellevue that day. We came in that day completed all the paperwork and were excited about our new car. When we picked up the car Dennis spent nearly an hour with me going over all the details of the car. Our car had a lot of electronic components and he was incredibly helpful in showing me how everything worked. This was the third car we have purchased from Bellevue Honda in 18 years and I will happily purchase my next car there as well.
