It was a pleasure to work with Lyle. After not shopping for a new in in many years we were not looking forward to the experience but his approach and style was very professional and helpful. Dealership was clean and friendly. We found the car we were looking for online and so didn't need to be shown alot of inventory. There were some brief attempts at upselling but otherwise had no complaints were looking for online and so didn't need to be shown alot of inventory. There were some brief attempts at upselling but otherwise had no complaints. Price we paid for the car was very fair and they were very helpful about fixing a couple issues we had with the car. Our salesman, Lyle, was very good. He wasn't too aggressive which I think both my wife and I appreciated. Would recommend the dealership and Lyle to friends. More
I used to hate car shopping! I thought car salesmen are insincere cads, only interested in making a sale, not in making sure I was buying the right car for my needs. That's not what happened this time. insincere cads, only interested in making a sale, not in making sure I was buying the right car for my needs. That's not what happened this time. Rich Leavitt met my husband and I at the door with sincere interest in finding what we needed in a car. He nodded knowingly while our list got longer and longer. The next step was a ride through the car lot as he educated us about the options we could consider. He patiently encouraged us when we began looking at cars that were no where near what we originally thought we wanted. We test drove five or six cars which took a coule of hours. Rich gave us all the important details on each car, so when we made our final decision we knew it was the right choice. During all the hours we spent with Rich, he never seemed rushed or concerned about losing another sell. We had "all: of his attention. While Paria was taking care of the financing, Rich kept us informed during each step of the process. Rich and Paria went out of their ways to make sure we got the best financing. Calls were made to ensure that we got a great interest rate. Paria was so informative, while making an easy connection with us that seemed naturally comfortable. My husband and I will buy our cars at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue from now on! This is as GOOD as it gets! More
I definitely recommend working with Tom Kim at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue as you look to purchase a new Honda vehicle. Tom provided clear, concise communications as my wife and I researched, test drove a Center of Bellevue as you look to purchase a new Honda vehicle. Tom provided clear, concise communications as my wife and I researched, test drove and purchased our new Honda. We weren't in a huge rush to make our purchase; and, frankly, were not initially looking forward to the car buying process. So, it was refreshing to have a low pressure experience where we felt comfortable coming back to the dealership a couple of the times; without the high pressure "if you buy today" line that many of us have experienced in the past from other dealers. There also were no swarming sales teams initially greeting me at the door with a wide-eyed "can I help you?" - which helped to set the initial positive, low-pressure tone. Now that the purchase is complete, I'll be sure to add more information regarding the service experience as the vehicle is maintained. More
Rich is a great salesman. He treated me with honesty and respect. Did everything to ensure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Rich and the finance lady stayed way past there closing t respect. Did everything to ensure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Rich and the finance lady stayed way past there closing time to ensure that my vehicle had all the paperwork complete. Washed and staged under the lighted canopy for a great visual effect. I have never been a fan of "car shopping"...it always has been stressful dealing with the sales staff... Therefore on the morning I was planning on purchasing a car, the ol' stomach ache, nerve always has been stressful dealing with the sales staff... Therefore on the morning I was planning on purchasing a car, the ol' stomach ache, nerves, stress...all leading up to just going out the door ... I knew the car I was going to look at, and had not met the sales person, although I did talk to him the previous night on the phone to make sure the car was still available. Arriving there with my friend, Kevin pulled the car around, opened the door/hood/trunk and let us check out the car for a good 15+ minutes before the came back around. He was really nice, very low key, very knowledgeable...so we went for a ride and back to the dealership. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. Talking to my friends, they too were pretty much surprised with how it all went down. NO pressure, maybe took 30 minutes to discuss the price, if that, and it was done... He called back a day or so later to see how the car was and if I was happy with my purchase... Just a very nice guy...would recommend him to anyone... More

Tom Kim was an excellent dealership associate. He was very kind, helpful and informative. I was afraid to go into a dealership due to the stereotypes of the people there being "vultures" and would do any very kind, helpful and informative. I was afraid to go into a dealership due to the stereotypes of the people there being "vultures" and would do anything to make a sale. Boy was I wrong. He made my step-dad and I feel truly comfortable with our desicion and he constantly checked up on us to ensure we were okay. For a first time car buyer I would recommend seeing Tom Kim he is great! I bought two Pilots from this dealer in 2005, and had a good experience. The salesman responded to my desire to get to a bottom line price very quickly and I was impressed with their willingness to sell me good experience. The salesman responded to my desire to get to a bottom line price very quickly and I was impressed with their willingness to sell me the cars the way that I wanted to buy them. In 2008 I returned to the dealer to purchase a CRV. I had done my research, and knew what I wanted and what I should pay. The sales manager insisted in trying to sell me the options that he had installed on the vehicle, even though I didn't want them. Renton Honda had the same vehicle with the same dealer installed options, but was willing to to waive the costs, resulting in them being about $300 less than Bellevue. I gave Bellevue the option of lowering their price, and they refused, so I bought from Renton Honda. The salesman from Bellevue called me the next day, and was astonished when I told him that I had done exactly what I said I was going to, and bought from Renton. Last week I needed to buy another CRV. I e-mailed several Honda dealers asking them to provide me their lowest price on the model and color that I wanted. Renton Honda responded very quickly and gave me their price. Bellevue Honda didn't. I visited Bellevue Honda and asked the sales person to quote me a price and he flatly refused...three times. He insisted that I provide him with a price and he would ask his sales manager to approve or disapprove. I walked out of the dealership and drove straight to Renton and bought the CRV. Bellevue Honda's management seems to be stuck in the 60's. They want to haggle and use dishonest, non-transparent means to get as much money from their customers as possible. They don't seem to realize that the car buying experience has changed dramatically, and that informed buyers like me won't tolerate those old-school tactics. Renton Honda gets it, and will get my business and my recommendations from here on. More
