Dennis provided excellent customer service, he showed me all the new features of the Honda civic LX (which I love) and answered all of my additional questions regarding the vehicle. Great experiences while test driving a few cars led us back to this dealership when it was time to make a purchase. We received several quotes from local dealerships and settled on the second lowest as th back to this dealership when it was time to make a purchase. We received several quotes from local dealerships and settled on the second lowest as the most realistic. Over the phone, Rich said he could work with our purchase price and asked us to come in. When we arrived, Rich was busy so we talked with Greg, whom we'd met before. While very friendly, when we explained that we knew exactly what we wanted to pay for exactly which car, his first response on price was nothing close. I nearly walked out at this point, since Rich had already agreed to our price over the phone and we knew at least two dealerships that would match the price, if not beat it. Greg could perhaps see my frustration, so he backpedaled and said they could match (not beat) our quote from another dealership. At that point he started pressing us hard to pay $300 for accessories that had been installed that we did not want. Eventually we compromised and paid $200 for the unneeded accessories. The experience before the purchase was pleasant, and the experience afterwards for delivery was as well. If only they had offered a discount below the other dealership or not pushed unwanted accessories, I could have given Honda of Bellevue the full five star rating. More
Kevin helped us try out and later on purchase 2013 Honda Accord. He is friendly, professional, reasonable, and easy to work with during test drive and price negotiations. We also worked with a great business manager (Gil), who clearly and unhurriedly run us through the paperworks and signing. The arrangement for the delivery of the car (from another dealership) went smooth and quick. Pick up similarly so. Kevin allowed us plenty of time to do a final inspection, helped us clear out some scuffs, and demo'd car operation questions we had. For what it's worth, my price ended up a little above the KBB average, but far below MSRP. Front desk has been fast to pick up phone calls and walk-ins, the staff friendly and professional. Overall I'm very happy to have gone to Bellevue Honda and would recommend it to others looking for Honda's or the various used cars they have on the site. Thanks again! More
I purchased a new Honda Accord from Bellevue Honda in 2005. After having my car serivced there exclusively, I learned about the VX Program where the dealership would evaluate your vehicle and provide co 2005. After Robbie had an evaluation done, I had the chance to look at the latest Accord - Touring Edition and fell in love. As my car was coming up on 8 years old, I wanted to upgrade to get some of the newer features like a back up camera. Robbie talked to me several times over a few months and was always respectful of my time, my decision process and showed patience in the process. When it came time for a test drive, Robbie answered all of our questions expertly and worked closely with the sales manager over price. Anything we asked for was discussed and adderessed as best as possible. The purchase experience took a bit of time (like they always do) but this one was much shorter than my previous experience. The negotiations were straight and to the point and never did I feel like we were being mislead or taken advantage of. I would happily recommend Honda of Bellevue and Robbie Choe specifically for a great car buying experience and continued service for your vehicle. They treat their customers with respect and invest in a longer term relationship which is highly valued in this industry. More
I came in late on a Saturday (6pm). I had visited once before, and was glad to see Tom was there again. I wanted to check out the car I was interested in one more time. He was very accommodating - gave me space and let me just check out the car and sit in a while, to really get a good feel for it and inspect it in detail. Never any pressure, just willing to answer questions. When I decide to buy the Crosstour that night, he and the finance guy stayed with me to finish the deal, long after the dealership usually closes. I really appreciated that. In the week since my purchase, Tom has followed up twice to make sure everything is alright with my car, which I also really appreciated. Throughtout the whole sales experience, Tom was friendly, courteous, willing to help answer questions & get facts to help me make a decision. Thanks! More

Tom Jorgensen not only delivered, he gave me the WOW treatment! For Tom to come in on his day off, to take care of me, was extremely impressive. You just don’t see that type of service in any industr treatment! For Tom to come in on his day off, to take care of me, was extremely impressive. You just don’t see that type of service in any industry. It is uncommon. Normally Cal Scott was my Sales guy. However, Cal has moved on to another position in Honda. So, Cal referred me to Tom Jorgensen. And from the moment I met Tom, until we shook hands when I left, he treated me so much respect. The process was very streamline and seamless. We went and looked at the cars, test drove my new car and everything was done so timely. I was impressed that I was in and out in under one and a half hours. Tom had my old car process in and the new car detailed and prepped. We both made a couple of compromises and Tom delivered Outstanding judgment. He was Friendly and not pushy in any way. Personally I dislike pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the new technologies in the Accord. Tom gave me his card and cell phone number and if I have any issues, to please call him. This was a great experience for me. I will be back for another Honda. I will definitely tell others about my experience and for sure recommend Tom. Tom is a great asset to your company. He really know how to handle customers. More
