Eddy Yeh helped me to get the excellent civic that I really want with the right price. He is very patient, he is not like other car dealer agents who talks all the time and does not give customers time really want with the right price. I went to another dealer and you can tell how they use high pressure sales tactics that you can actually read in internet forums. We spoke with Rich on the phone and he met us when we showed up at the dealership. He got a golf cart so we wouldnt have to walk around in the rain.
