I have bought 2 cars from Dennis before and every time he worked with me until I got what I needed. This time was no different. All in all it was a fairly easy process. The only thing I had a problem with is the amount of time I spent at the dealership. I did everything I could before I arrived like getting pre approved and becoming very familiar with the car I wanted to make sure I would get out of there quicker. However I was still there 4 hours. I understand it takes time to show the car, take a test drive and negotiate but the paperwork alone seemed like it took nearly an hour to prepare once we reached a deal.
