I purchased a used Lexus SUV from Tom Kim. He was incredibly professional and personable throughout the entire process, starting with the online chat and emails, and in person at the dealership. He answered all of my questions and researched those he did not have a ready answer for. The "negotiating phase" of the deal was typical, but not too harrowing. I didn't feel like Tom was being dishonest with me, just trying to do his job as I was trying to get the best deal as well. I feel like I got a very fair deal and don't regret the final price at all. Gilbert Delacruz worked very hard to get us a good financing deal, which was difficult given the mileage on the vehicle. But he persevered and we got a great interest rate. I am very thankful for that. All in all, a great experience! If I am ever in that area of Seattle and need a job, I will definitely put in an application because it seems like a very positive place to work. More

I went in to look at a used Suzuki SX4 and Marco Balcazar was a great help. He showed me other vehicles on the lot to compare the price points of different brands and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I en was a great help. Dennis was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the car and its features, and explained things well. When we agreed upon the price, Dennis said the next step would be with finance staff to complete all pa and its features, and explained things well. I waited and hour and fifteen minutes for that next step - which was not Dennis's fault. However, I felt the wait was too long. Dennis went out to the car with me when I was ready to leave, pointed out a couple of features to ensure I knew how the lights worked, etc. He also took time to synchronize my phone with the navigation system and I appreciated his extra help. If Tom was not the sales person, I might not have entered into the deal at the dealer. This does not mean that the deader was not good.
