Our experience was so low key and easy. We showed up shortly before closing on a Saturday night, and Dennis took us out on two test drives, even tho it was so late. Dennis was so accomodating, he took us up to the upper lots just so we could see the colors available and how they looked in reality, not off of a paint chip. Great service and a large selection. There was no high pressure, no hijinks, and even tho it took a while to process, (we did turn in and buy 2 cars so it was a 4 car deal for the back office) it was a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend both the dealer and Dennis. More

I went to several dealerships and looked at several car brands before deciding on a Honda Civic. The experience was much better at Honda of Bellevue with Tom Kim and Howie Te. Other dealerships played a "good cop, bad cop" routine when it came to negotiating the lease terms and trade-in value. At another dealership, I got the hard sell routine, where they almost wouldn't let me leave even after I told them I wasn't interested. I never felt any of that with Tom and Howie. I never felt pressured, and the negotiation process was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend both Howie and Tom to friends and family. More

It was a nice experience buying my new Honda here. I visited the dealership twice to buy my car. On my first visit no one talked to us for 15 mins and it was Anthony who reached out to us. Anthony proactively called us back a couple of times and we dropped by the second time when he showed us the car again with great enthusiasm and patience. He also enabled contacts sync up with phone late night before leaving which again was nice. The finance guy too was very warm and friendly.The rating for price is down by a point since I had to stretch my limit to finally get a deal.
