I was headed to another dealership about an hour north of this one and decided to stop in and see if they would be interested in keeping my business more local.I met with a salesman named Dennis. Dennis spent all the time I needed to acquaint me with the vehicle and the features. He let me drive the vehicle on various roads and road surfaces to see how it performed. He worked with me in getting the additional options, I wanted, worked into my offer, He then went above my expectations representing me to get a great price. I thought there would be many back and forth negotiations and they were minimal. I would recommend connecting with Dennis when visiting this dealership for a new vehicle! More

The experience was an end to end pleasure. Unlike my last experience w/Bellevue Honda (which wasn't bad but wasn't great) Eddie Yeh was a TOTAL pleasure to deal with. I felt like he listened to what I needed which was an efficient, quick process at a reasonable price. All in all I thought we came to a common win win solution that was reasonable for both sides and it was QUICK. I didn't feel at any point that I got the typical car salesman run around and as a result Eddie won my business (note: Kirkland Honda was quite the opposite as a result my money went elsewhere). Dennis got me the price I wanted to pay, and the finance department even beat the interest rate I had already been pre-approved for by my bank!
