When I was just browsing a few months ago, I had such a great "no pressure" experience with Eddy that I knew I would go back to him when I was ready to make a purchase. I have always been a loyal honda customer, but this experience was much easier than any I have had in the past and has made me much less fearful of the car buying process. More

Eddy is the type of person we look for when we are looking for a car. This is the second time we have worked with Honda of Bellevue and Eddy was the person we asked for in looking for another car bas looking for a car. He is friendly, interested in us as people and worked with us in clearing our trade-in and prepping our new car. Thanks, Eddy! I do have one minor negative: When working with the finance people we were told we were getting a discount on the price of the Extended Warranty because we were working with a new finance person, bringing the price down from $2800 to $2100. I have subsequently found out that that was not true, a friend having recently bought and financed a car through Honda of Bellevue and received the same Extended warranty price without being told he was getting a special price. Was this deception really necessary? That is why I gave the Overall Experience rating only a Good. Otherwise it would have been all 5's! More

We knew the model we were looking for, and HAC had enough of a variety and selection that we could drive 5 Pilots and make a decision on one. Such a change from the other dealerships that only offered 2 or 3 of the car we were looking for. The service professional who handled the detailing of our vehicle was amazing. We did not find cleaner Pilots anywhere else! We are grateful for the service and professionalism of the team at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue - thank you Tom and crew! More
