Every experience we have at Bellevue Honda is fantastic. They are the first place I check when starting a search for a new car and are often the last. The staff are all incredibly friendly and genuine, and I don't believe there to be anywhere better for buying a used or new car anywhere in the Puget Sound area. More

I told her that I was interested but that I was way over my miles with my current lease. She found a deal where I did not have to pay any money out of pocket and leased a new civic. My monthly payment was slightly higher, but I appreciated her explanation and breakdown of numbers. Overall, I was really pleased with the customer service with Emily Tang. More

It was an enjoyable experience: fast, not drawn out over hours, with nothing that felt deceptive at all. They were personable and helpful. They reinforced my past experience with Honda Auto Center of Bellevue from 1983, when I bought my first car there. Tom was approachable, patient, with no pressure whatsoever. After the paperwork, it was 10pm and he still took the time to properly deliver the car to me. 2 weeks later, I learned that the dealer made a mistake with the temporary car registration, so Tom made the effort to deliver the actual license plates early so I did not have to make two trips. If you want to buy a honda, and you want to experience the meaning of "above and beyond the call of duty", come to honda bellevue and ask for Tom Kim. More

The best car buying experience! I came to Bellevue Honda with a 2014 Honda Accord that didn't fit my needs anymore. Due to the helpfulness and dedication from Emily Tang and Andrew M I came to Bellevue Honda with a 2014 Honda Accord that didn't fit my needs anymore. Due to the helpfulness and dedication from Emily Tang and Andrew Miller, I went home in a 2016 Honda HR-V. They made sure I really loved my vehicle choice before completing the purchase.
