Tom was approachable, patient, with no pressure whatsoever. After the paperwork, it was 10pm and he still took the time to properly deliver the car to me. 2 weeks later, I learned that the dealer made a mistake with the temporary car registration, so Tom made the effort to deliver the actual license plates early so I did not have to make two trips.
