Awful I spent over $150,000 at this dealer of a period of 8 years. I bought a total of 4 cars, always the top of the line. You would expect that such a c I spent over $150,000 at this dealer of a period of 8 years. I bought a total of 4 cars, always the top of the line. You would expect that such a customer would receive some respect and attention, but the service department had a few rotten individuals that were mean and abusive. There used to be superb Service Director, who later died of heart attack. After he died they were never able to place a decent person to deal with service issues, and they got worse and worse on their customers service. They asked the customers to make appointments for service, sometimes with 3-5 days anticipation, yet when we arrived to the appointment they will make us wait over 30-45 minutes, however walk-ins were taken care off sooner. With the exception of one or two individuals, the rest were arrogant, confrontational and condescending. My complains to the sales manager were ineffective. More
