So we made arrangements to meet Sam Alameddine at Bellevue Honda to see what they had to offer. Sam knew all the details of the cars we looked including offering to let us drive what ever was of interest to us. We were very impressed with the FIT and that is what we bought. Wanted leather interior and that was done. I have owned a lot of cars and mentiond to Sam we did not want to have a "closer" try to sell us a bunch of stuff we did not want. (I was also in the auto business for a number of years.) Sam was perhaps the best auto salesperson I have met. He knew his stuff. We received a honest deal on a new 2018 FIT and it was prepared to prefection. If you even have the slightest interest in a Honda, go to Bellevue Honda and see Sam Alameddine. You will not be disappointed. More

Honda of Bellevue Service Department is a disaster. Do NOT do business with them unless you like to be screwed. They will take no ownership or warranty their work. I took my 2011 Crosstour for standard 110,000 timing belt maintenance (aka new timing belt), and THE NEXT DAY my steering at low speeds stopped working. They said it had nothing to do with the work they did. Really? There was no problem before I took it in viola, the next day the problem starts? They had to disassemble quite a bit to do the timing belt. They also forgot to install a bolt back onto my engine block. They said I had to have a new power steering system put in to fix the steering they broke, which I did and paid for. The power steering still had problems AFTER it was replaced. They took no ownership for that either. While the power steering was replaced, they did a four wheel alignment, and five weeks later my perfectly good tires were destroyed. I had to get new tires AND a new alignment. I chose to have that done at Les Schwab. I took one of the tires to Honda of Bellevue, and they AGAIN took no ownership and said they destroyed tires had nothing to do with their work. They are a den of lying and deceiving snakes with zero integrity and fake customer service. More

I have called this dealer over 8 times in a single day was on hold and never gotten to speak to a sales person accept one time for few min. I am trying to get two cars as well. More

Great experience buying my new car! To be clear, the process of buying a new car is not my favorite. However, working with Andrew was amazing. The first time I came in to check out the cars and do a test drive, he gave me great information, answered all of my questions, and anticipated my concerns. When I was ready to leave, there was no high pressure push to make a sale that day, which I was not ready for. Instead he left me with good information and his contact information. When I was ready to buy a week later, he could not have made the transaction go smoother. I've bought several new cars over my life, but this transaction was extremely smooth, transparent, and painless. And I would highly recommend seeing Andrew for your next new car! More
