As I was familiar with Honda Auto Center's excellent customer service from own my dealings with them, I felt very comfortable with their level of service. During our visit we worked Howie Te (salesperson), Arthur Habek (sales manager), and Janice (?) finance person. All were extremely thorough, patient, and professional! No Ownership, No Integrity!! Worst Dealership Experience Feel Cheated, Never go to a dealer because its near and because of Authorized dealer. Even I feel cheated through this dealer. Within a month it d Feel Cheated, Never go to a dealer because its near and because of Authorized dealer. Even I feel cheated through this dealer. Within a month it did not work! after couple of months it stopped working completely. Bought this car in the month of Sep, after a month i stopped working, i jump started and it started, but before jump starting i called the dealer service department couple of times for help. But they were keen on selling their product rather to give the right information. Though my car was still under manufacturer warranty, they informed me that batteries will not be replaced under the warranty. Again after 2 months I had the same issue with my car, car did not start. Tried jump starting, it failed. Checked with local mechanic and confirmed that battery is good but its not starting because something else, he suggested me to take the car to the dealer. I towed my car to the dealer they diagnosed that the fuel is adulterated. I wondered how its possible when i fill in a popular reputed gas station, I fill gas one a month. As a caution they gave me list of things to change within 3 months. Like changing all 4 tires Inspite Service Manager was rude Will Never RECOMMEND. Please have someone check the vehicle or who know about the vehicle will help you to an extend. More

Worked with Salesman Tom Kim who was extremely friendly and nice to deal with. Sales Manager Karim Machkouri was equally nice and friendly. They answered our questions and were patient in our dealings. Business Manager Will Lis made the paperwork processing painless and simplified it for us without any high pressure to purchase unneccesary extras. I did buy the extended warranty for 10 years since I plan to keep the car for a long time and felt it was worth it at a reasonable price for the peace of mind of having the high-tech components covered. I completed the transaction and departed with my nice new car in less than two hours. Great experience and I highly recommend Karim and his team of friendly professionals. He is a really nice person to work with in selecting a car; not at all pushy but very efficient in helping us figure out what the best purchase would be. now that Honda has a wonderful yellow option (no more 2015 "Mystique Yellow -" which was actually MISTAKE yellow....) the new fit was the perfect car for me. I love it and Tom made the purchase very straight-forward and easy. More
False Advertising and Not Disclosing Add-Ons I viewed a 2017 HR-V Ex-L w/ Navi on Honda of Bellevue's website listed for $25,800 w/o tax, license, registration. I traveled 90 minutes to trade-in I viewed a 2017 HR-V Ex-L w/ Navi on Honda of Bellevue's website listed for $25,800 w/o tax, license, registration. I traveled 90 minutes to trade-in and make a reasonable deal for this car. What I got was immediately told the car was over $27,000 because of add-ons. I pointed out the ad does not mention add-ons included. The sales manager then conveyed that they turned away an offer for $26,500 for the same car, get this - offered from a previous employee. The sales manager explained to me they do not disclose that add-ons are not included in the price because...they just don't. When I pointed out that other dealerships do...silence. This is shady folks. I left there after 10 minutes without a deal because it took 2 rounds just to get them to agree to honor the $25,800 price. I commend them for following up on an email complaint. First I got a call from one manager saying 'oh okay okay, how about we take out the smart pulse ($500) and we'll give it to you right now for $25,800 - but you will need to sell your own car (a Honda!)'. I hung up. I got an email from the owner (Jason Courter) and a call from the manager on duty when I went to the dealership. This time, they agreed to outright give me the car for $25,800 without taking out the smart pulse or add-ons. Oh, and I'll still need to sell my car on my own. That was the call when I told they purposely don't disclose their add-ons are not included in the price because it's the way things are, but hey 'we appreciate your opinion about it'. How long have they been outliers in not being truthful in advertising? They turn down full price offers? They turn away previous employees who offer $700 above listed price? CAUTION when dealing with these folks. More
