Costco Auto Program - Abusing the Program and Lying Costco Auto Program buyers - BEWARE! Salespeople at this dealership refused to show me the actual Costco Auto Program price sheet (per the instruct Costco Auto Program buyers - BEWARE! Salespeople at this dealership refused to show me the actual Costco Auto Program price sheet (per the instructions from Costco) and quoted me a price $500 over what they agreed to with Costco while claiming it was official ("it's a screaming deal"). After being belittled ("I've never had to print out the actual sheet for someone before") and waiting for an inordinate amount of time, they finally showed me the official sheet and it was $500 cheaper. WOW! Lying, deceitful, and taking advantage of even the Costco program where the whole point is to not have to deal with negotiations or sales tactics. I reported them to have them removed from the program for such obviously predatory practices - DO NOT SHOP HERE. Who knows what they do to standard/off-the-street buyers. More
Worst Experience Ever! I think it is important that you know that my family actually paid cash for 5 vehicles since 2012 and 3 of those vehicles were brand new. I am even I think it is important that you know that my family actually paid cash for 5 vehicles since 2012 and 3 of those vehicles were brand new. I am even more concerned because my cars transmission problem has cost me more than just money for a rental car ($1K) I had to leave my brand new job 3 hours early in my 8th day of work to deal with Enterprise and Zurich. Unfortunately even your staff was told that I had been in the ER and they still took the opportunity to treat me like garbage on Saturday, September 15th and their actions have to date cost me $1000 in rental fees but that total is going up as my car is still not done and Zurich was only willing to cover the rental for 12 days. That's aside from the 5 days the rental was not covered starting Sunday, September 16th. I had to take my car to Cle Elum to a transmission shop and I am certain that because of the location of the shop and the small volume that this process has taken much longer than it would have there. I also have to believe based on all m many past experiences that I would have had little if not zero costs for the rental through you guys as it has been covered completely previously under my warranty. I was put into a CRV last time and at no cost and have been every time. The worst part is how I have been treated. I made arrangements with Oliver on Friday, September 14th over the phone to return my car to you to again to address my slipping transmission and I was supposed to drop my car off and pick up a rental. That is what I discussed with Oliver. I was already upset about having to bring it back in especially when I went over all of the paperwork surrounding my last service experience which was also a HUGE MESS!!! After having to come in two more times from Bellingham (approximately a 4 hour round trip drive) for my torque converter last Fall and having Dave C. treat me like a jerk when he is the one who let someone drive off in my car with my border collie in it, and Micah charging me for transmission fluid, trying to sell me rear brakes, and new filters and then discovering that my transmission was still slipping and getting worse of course I was angry! The problem I had brought my car in for on August 28th was not fixed and Micah wanted to sell me stuff that had nothing to do with my transmission. Of course now that I was at a brand new job full time I did not have the time to deal with the issue and nor did I want to break down and be late for my new job or stranded at anytime. Unfortunately when I came in on Saturday, September 15th, Micah did not do what was discussed. I came in, parked my car in the service drive and I went to the rental counter. My boyfriend was waiting at Micah's desk for him to get off the phone and check in my car but Micah asked me to take your technician for a drive. So I did. Now here is a serious problem. I drove my car first and without any doubt, anyone could hear how much engine rev was happening and how my transmission was not driving my wheels. It was incredibly obvious going up the hill in front of Honda. I then let your technician drive and he put his foot down and floored my car and it barely moved up the hill in front of your dealership! But I was told that if my car did not throw any codes Zurich would not fix it! NOBODY EVEN CONTACTED ZURICH!I drove my car up Snoqualmie Pass so many times when I worked at the Summit and I know quite well my car was not running right anymore. I was sent away. My car not checked in and literally leaving me to be stranded on my way to or from my job. I bought both the car and the warranty from you guys and telling me to take a hike was beyond inappropriate. I honestly think you need to reprimand your staff because they truly seemed to have been working as a team to do the opposite of what I had scheduled to have happen. Dave C. needs to quit giving me the stink eye for his mistakes as well. Your team has had several opportunities to do what was right but have been xxxx-bent on going the opposite direction consistently. Robbie Choe has and still is the only person who has had any involvement in all of this that has not been a problem. So as you can see this all has been beyond what I would consider poor customer service. It almost seems to me that your staff intentionally made things difficult for me. Oliver has never been apologetic or understanding, nor has he taken responsibility for his actions in all of this or the actions of his team. Micah and Dave C. both poor service! Lastly I think it's important for you to know that last Fall when all this stuff was happening with my torque converter my Dad was dying. I literally had to bring my car back in the day of his memorial. As you can see all of the things that have been happening with the service I have paid for has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety and even anguish. Not to mention a lot of money now. That I did not sign up for when I paid for the car or warranty! More
WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE EVER!!! BEWARE TO BE DISRESPECTED I agree with the other review. I liked her vehicle so much I decided to sell my vehicle and go back and buy a new Honda CRV for myself. My mother was visiting from Arizona and also owns a CRV but an older model. When she seen my CRV she decided she wanted one as well. The car deal and the prices were made prior to being picked up. We were jerked around with an initial finance rate that fit my payment but only to get a call later in the week that the rate increased. It was promise after promise and zero follow through. Chris, Aaron and Honda Auto Center of Bellevue are the reason people hate buying cars. They claim to be an honest dealership but the integrity and character of Chris and Aaron speak WAY different. The only reason we went through with any purchase with them is because the price we paid were better than other Honda dealers. If we paid full sticker we would have had the red carpet treatment but because we negotiated down on all three we received the most disrespectful car buying experience we have ever had. $75,000.00 showed the true integrity of this dealership. If you want a good price with the added bonus of be disrespected check this place out. But I will never return even for the free oil change. I will never have our vehicles serviced there either. More

Me: "Are you denying me the right to look around for the best deal?" "Well, will you but from someone else if he offers $5 less?" Me: "No." "How about $50?" Me: "Probably not." "How about $100?" Me: "Uh, I think I'll go now." Standing in the middle of the showroom, blocking my way out, "Look, I don't want to waste anyone's time, but....Me: "Chris, you're wasting my time." Then he slaps my keys and registration in my hand and walks away. That left me to wander around the dealership looking for my car that they'd parked somewhere else. The experience was humiliating in the extreme. I'd give this sales-baby, his employer and sadly, Costco's Auto Program, zero stars if I could. More
