Yelled at for asking a question when signing paperwork The salesperson was very nice. I did most of the negotiating beforehand over email, so didn't come in until the price was in a range I was good with. The salesperson was very nice. I did most of the negotiating beforehand over email, so didn't come in until the price was in a range I was good with. Once we were fully settled, she handed us off to the paperwork person. The first thing he did was give me a form to sign at my old vehicle (I was doing a trade in). I asked to see the final purchase form just to confirm firm for myself that it matched what we agreed on before I started signing away my old car. He refused. I reiterated my request, and he yelled at us that 'we were clearly not ready to buy, he was taking us back to the salesperson'. Ultimately, the salesperson and her manager made sure we could confirm the final purchase document before signing over our old car. However, being yelled at for making a very reasonable request (the paperwork was right there in front of him...) is simply not ok. And I wouldn't recommend the dealership to someone else knowing how they may be treated if they dare ask a question during the paperwork process. More

Easy, Comforfable and Fun! I went to the Honda Dealership in Bellevue and was meeting Robert to look at a vehicle. When meeting him he was instantly fun to be around and made me I went to the Honda Dealership in Bellevue and was meeting Robert to look at a vehicle. When meeting him he was instantly fun to be around and made me feel comfortable, which is appreciated since large purchases are always stressful. He explained the car in such detail, without being overwhelming and made every feature exciting without being too dramatic and overselling. I honestly couldn't imagine a better sales experience. Everyone else at the dealership was always extremely nice and the entire atmosphere was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership. I bet every salesperson is wonderful, but Robert exceeded my expectations! More
