Meant to be I reached out to Bellevue Honda to inquire about a 2007 Acura MDX. Tom Kim responded and was very prompt and courteous with answering my questions (si I reached out to Bellevue Honda to inquire about a 2007 Acura MDX. The listing was relatively new but as soon I inquire about it, Tom was there to assist. With my luck, the car was being serviced because it was newly brought into the dealership. Tom still made it happen. By the next day I received the pictures. Him and his assistant were proactive in reaching out to me to see how they can further their customer service. We went to look at the car couple days after the initial contact and everything was nothing but impressive. We checked out the car, test drove it and went right to negotiations. Tom kept our interest at heart and advocated for us, as his customer. Came to an agreement and it was settled. Ray Barcova, from the finance department was just as impressive. He knew his job, answered all our questions and even helped up figure out different options according to what fits our situation. He was quick but thorough, at this point the kids were beyond exhausted, he made it interesting and pain free to get us out the door. Dennis Marino, master tech. He was the one who referred us to Tom. Dennis is knowledgeable in his field (after all, he is MASTER tech) but because of him, we have instill our trust to his recommendation. Dennis is personable and easy to work with. Everyone that we came in contact with was personable and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience (well, maybe better snacks..) Definitely will refer future customers to those trios. More
