After closing the deal and when I was signing the document, there was a confusion which came up between me and the dealer but resolved it sensible and without impacting my experience. Longest Car Buying Experience Ever We first came in for a test drive and loved the Honda Pilot but wanted to do our research and shop around a bit. We worked with another dealer and fel We first came in for a test drive and loved the Honda Pilot but wanted to do our research and shop around a bit. We worked with another dealer and felt we didn’t like them as much as this one, so returned to purchase our Honda Pilot under the Costco Auto Program, thinking it would make the process simple and quick. Not the case. The price of the vehicle was already set, we negotiated our trade, added some accessories, and then sat for over an hour and a half before we even got to sit down with finance. All of this after telling our sales associate we were on a time crunch. We wanted to leave and come back later but our sales associate left and couldn’t be found for well over 40 minutes with the keys and documentation for our trade-in. To be honest, I felt like a hostage at this point. We purchase the vehicle and don’t have time to go through all the features because we were already leaving an HOUR later than I told our sales associate we needed to leave. But of course he marked his paperwork as though he’d done the entire walkthrough with us. We have now had our new vehicle for less than 24 hours and come to find out, the AC doesn’t work. Now we have to make an appointment for them to fix our BRAND NEW vehicle. Unacceptable. More

He explained how the people of Bellevue Honda are by no means sneaky or trying to get the most money from possible. I was comfortable going to them because I trusted my dad, who was referred to them by a friend who literally said, "I trust them with my life.." may sound extreme but when we went in there looking to buy or lease a new Honda Odyssey, we told them what we needed and we went straight away to look at the EX-L trim and Jared, our salesmen was so informative and knowledgable about the car and about Honda in general that any concerns of ours disappeared. He wanted to help us find the car right for our family of 5 and wasn't going to make us look at something we weren't comfortable paying for just to make a sale, for which I am so great ful. Not the typical car salesmen. We bought a new Odyssey and are in love with the car and would tell anyone to skip other dealers and go straight to Bellevue Honda for the best experience possible. Worth the drive across state if you have to! More
