I have worked in large business environments and am well aware of “process improvement” programs. I am also aware of these programs being used by companies to tout, but not execute. I know that W. E. Deming, the father of Total Quality Improvement, was known for his kindness to and for those he worked with ... I know that his principals of mngt was striving for continuous process improvement. We had to play the game a little bit wit the sales manager to get to where I wanted on my trade-in value, but that's how the game is played. Finance guy, Micol, talked WAY too much and WAY too fast -- non-stop, really -- to try to sell sell sell the extended warranty and etc. And I really don't have time to hear all about his dogs. Otherwise, not really much to go by for the dealership aside from that, although I was surprised they don't even offer free bottled water to customers! More
