The process of buying a car usually a fairly cumbersome process. I’ve bought and sold my fair share of cars both on and off car lots. I most appreciated the directness and understanding making the process process. I’ve bought and sold my fair share of cars both on and off car lots. I most appreciated the directness and understanding making the process much more bearable. Overall a home run with the sales and financing staff. My main point of contention with the understanding that we were the last customers of the evening would be the cleanliness of the vehicle at delivery. A full inspection of the vehicle prior to delivery was probably difficult due to the time of day. Upon arriving home parking it in a well lite garage we found the hood full of dried leaves and dirt. The rear splattered in dirt as they attempted to clean the door hinges spraying it into the vehicle. Most apparent were the water spots throughout the vehicle which have been baked onto the cars paint. This is not resolved with a simple wash, but a major detail. Above all things this would have to be the most discouraging. More
