The worst experience ever. I am so frustrated that after I do this review I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau. First off I was given the runaround by the so-called I am so frustrated that after I do this review I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau. First off I was given the runaround by the so-called team. I was told one person was going to call me she actually messaged me and said I’m about to call you then some associate called me. It wasn’t her it was somebody that was part of the so-called team. Next I gave them all my information about my credit score and that I was concerned about them being able to help me with a car loan. They told me it’s no problem with your credit score we have gotten car loans for many people with your same credit score with zero money down. They asked me what I had available at this time for down payment I told them $ 1000. They said great, fill out an application and we will get you a loan. I did exactly as they told me they said thank you very much we’re gonna get back with you soon with the info. They never called me back so I contacted them after waiting 4 hours for a reply. They told me that they couldn’t get me a loan with my $1000 and my credit score that I would have to put down another $1400. Not only did they mislead me by telling me they could help me but when I later replied that I was willing to work something out with them and try to put more money down. They ignored my messages and never replied back to me. I just checked my credit score again now it’s down 18 points. Not only did they lie to me but they messed up my credit and misled me in the process. I’ve been buying used cars for 48 years and have never had this bad of an experience. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. As I said before I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau right now. Shame on them. More
