After a hour of negotiating finally came to an agreement. 4 days later get a call stating I owe more for my trade (They never asked for a 7 day payoff or called the bank themselves just looked at my bank app). Instead of calling to see how the my new car was going and telling me they want more money. I get a text which to me is not professional.
