Excellent customer service and friendliness! We were very impressed as soon as we walked into the dealership! We told Kevin exactly what we were looking for and our price range. He worked so hard getting what we asked for in the affordability range. I was very impressed! He showed us every nook and cranny of the vehicle before we even test drove it. I was impressed! Needless to say, we went into the dealership looking for a Chevy in a Ford dealership and we came hope with an amazing 2014 F150 Ford beautiful white truck! We are now Ford people because of the amazing service not only by Kevin but the finance team and of course a great truck! We will definitely refer our friends and be back with our next purchase! They have a great "small town" approach that made us feel at ease, respected and appreciated. Kevin came in on his day off to make sure we were happy with our decision and that the process went smoothly. We may never buy another car in the cities! In addition to the great way we were treated, Holt has a great warranty program. I'm still pinching myself and reading the documents to find a hitch; none to be found. I've never heard of a "lifetime" warranty but Holt has it. For us, it took all the fear out of buying a used vehicle. When combined with the company culture, how could we go wrong? I have already mentioned the dealership to several friends who were thinking about buying a car or truck of any brand. I have driven Suburbans for almost 25 years but the combination of the warranty and the people behind it made me a Ford owner. Kevin was great. Steve the business manager explained everything in great and was very patient answering my questions. Whatever concerns we had about buying a gently used vehicle vanished in the first 30 minutes of the experience. My wife and I couldn't be happier! More
