Steve in finance was also very helpful. Explaining thing so we understood them clearly. They may be in a small town in MN but they are big in our opinion. More

Five-Star! My husband and I had a five-star experience from the moment we walked in the door at Holt Motors. We were greeted in a friendly way by Deb Holt and shown to the coffee/hot chocolate maker! We did not have to wait a second to meet with Kevin who had warm cars waiting for us to test drive. We were able to sit and ask as many questions as we had which he gladly answered. We meet with Scott, who put all our paperwork together and also gladly answered any questions we had. These two gentlemen stayed past closing on a Saturday to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and would drive off happy. Holt is a great place to buy a vehicle, we would definitely return. I love my new car! I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. I had driven a couple of other cars at another dealership and had a fairly good idea of what I wanted, so I told the I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. I had driven a couple of other cars at another dealership and had a fairly good idea of what I wanted, so I told the sales rep (Philip) and I ended up buying the first car he showed me! What really sold me was the lifetime warranty they offered. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They even let me take home the car for a couple days before I signed the papers to make sure it was really what I wanted! I am looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Holt Motors. More

2013 Ford Taurus Out of town first time (@ Holt Motors) buyer. I brought my car in to be evaluated for trade in value. George Polingo informed me something was wrong Out of town first time (@ Holt Motors) buyer. I brought my car in to be evaluated for trade in value. George Polingo informed me something was wrong with my car. He and another worker estimated a $300 parts + labor cost to fix which IMO wasn't make or break. George did not pressure me into buying a car at that point but instead told me to think about it and provided me with a loaner car at no cost. That really impressed me and gave me a "loyalty" feel. George and Steve Bradach worked with me and went over any questions I had and patiently repeated anything that may have been confusing. This made me feel incredibly appreciative being a out of town guy. This has been the first dealership I have been to where I didn't feel uncomfortable and I didn't get instant pressure to go home with a vehicle. I would recommend Holt Motors to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. If George and Steve are the type of people that work @ Holt Motors, I believe that the rest of the staff would have the same type of personality. There was no pressure from him in the process; he really treated me with respect as I considered the car. Steve Bradach was professional, yet so personable. Greg Holt even came by to chat with me, which added to the overall positive experience. The new facility is beautiful and comfortable while you wait. In the process of looking for a new/used car, what became very important to me is to buy local and support the people in the community where I live. That being said, I would encourage anyone to drive the distance to check out Holt Motors for their quality service and friendliness. You will be glad you did. We spent most of our time working with Marc Keith and he was phenomenal from the get-go. We knew what we wanted when we walked through the door and he helped make it happen! Any possible hiccup that stood in the way of getting our (my :) ) dream car, Marc worked very hard to diminish it making the process go smoothly.
