George listened to what we wanted in a new vehicle and gave us multiple options in what we were looking for. Very informative and we never felt we were being pressured into buying a vehicle. Steve, thank you for all your help on the finance part! George and Sarah, thank you for going through the vehicle's many electronics and how to operate them. Especially coming from driving a 1999 Ford F-156, the Explorer's systems is obviously not like what we were used to! Any future purchases we have will definitely be at Holt Motors! More

From the sales staff to the service department they are very skilled professionals in each of their respective departments. There are 3 people in particular that I would like to compliment for their professionalism. Tonya at the Service Desk when you check in is something else. She can juggle 3 high priority vehicle issues at the same time and stay calm and treat each customer like they are the only one there. Steve Bradach in the finance office knows his job well and explains each financial document in detail so you know exactly what you are signing. He is a perfectionist and very thorough. Kevin Nelson was my sales person and he knows the business. He was always available for any questions prior to my ordering my vehicle and kept me updated along the way as to when I could expect my vehicle to be delivered. Then when I picked up my vehicle he took all the time I needed to feel comfortable about driving away with no unanswered questions. Thank you Marc for asking Kevin to assist me in my choosing and then ordering my 2017 Edge Titanium. It is awesome!!! More
