Very easy going Sarah was very helpful with our purchase she had the truck cleaned and waiting inside for us when we arrived. A few days after buying our vehicle, we had an issue with the heater, and Holt took care of it for us, even though we didn’t buy the warranty. (It appears that they price to sell) This dealership offers lifetime powertrain warranty which was definitely a bonus. Flew in from out of town, spent a couple hours there, and was out the door. Fast, Efficient, and Honest!! I have had a really good experience with this dealership. I was able to do the credit app over the phone and got approved before I even got there. (As I live 2 hours away) The car I was purchasing was already detailed and ready for pick up. (2017 Shelby GT350). All the paperwork was ready for me to sign and I was able to leave within an hour of my arrival. The sales team and Finance department were incredible. The best part is, they weren’t pushy and they were knowledgeable enough to answer your questions. There is no pressure to purchase anything. If you’re wondering why I drove so far to pick up a car. It’s because I couldn’t find another dealership that would sell me this kind of car for such a great price. Thanks Everyone! More

It was meant to be! Very pleased with the purchase of the truck. Melissa was great to work with! She had followed up with us a couple weeks after a test drive, to see if we had found our perfect truck. We went to Cokato at 10 that night to a well lit lot to look at it one more time. We are lucky she called as we had plans to leave town the next morning to buy another truck with no warranty. We got together the next morning and made a deal on the perfect one. We arrived to it shining bright in the showroom right in front of her desk. I thought that was REALLY AWESOME while filling out the paperwork we could look at our new ride the whole time!! Steve worked with us on finalizing the deal, and explaining the lifetime power train warranty the process went quick and we are off with the new ride! Very happy with the whole process, we will do business here again! More
