Service & personnel were fine . .. sales personnel were dishonest and rude!! While my car was serviced I asked for information about buying a Toyota Platinum VSA and was instead give .. sales personnel were dishonest and rude!! While my car was serviced I asked for information about buying a Toyota Platinum VSA and was instead given "The Mechanic" information & pricing with no indication that it wasn't a Toyota product. This action by your Finance Personnel is misleading and dishonest!! Afterward went to another Toyota Dealer to purchase the actual Toyota Platinum VSA for $1400 less covering 25k more Miles than what your finance representative quoted for "The Mechanic" coverage!!! While still waiting for my car to be serviced I discovered online that "The Mechanic" warranty was not a Toyota product and was poorly rated so I confronted one of your salespersons, who became belligerent and rude!! Although your service personnel were good, I would never consider buying anything from your dealership!! More

No courtesy, no updates with status, wait for 4. 5 hours for oil change and tire rotations, expensive cost, had been treated differently and ignored the whole time . Disappointing. This is actually my first online negative review. Purchased a used Mazda 3 here for my son and decided to get the service plan with it for 11 synthet This is actually my first online negative review. Purchased a used Mazda 3 here for my son and decided to get the service plan with it for 11 synthetic oil changes every 5K for $600. Scheduled the first one for yesterday, had about 4K miles since purchase. After waiting for 10 minutes and some time for them to find the contract (even though I had it with me) was told by the advisor that model should get oil every 10K miles. Cool, that's not why I bought the 5K service contract. Then they do "service inspection" of the car, routine, only upsell was an air filter, which I declined as it was 4 times the price of one online and they take 2 minutes to swap. No big deal, this is common at any dealership. They asked if I would like the car washed as it is complimentary. I said yes. They didn't wash the car. When I got home realized the paperwork said they just did a service inspection and not an actual oil change. So it was a waste of about 2 hours of my time. And they put an oil change sticker for 6 months out and another 5K miles, even though they didn't change the oil. So now I know fo next time to skip the service inspection, and just ask for the oil change directly. Since my service contract is with Holman, have no choice but to get the work done here for the Mazda, but next new Tundra purchase will be from Turnersville. More
