I was very impressed with the whole operation. I really liked that I had my very own point person to contact and walk me through the process. Joseph Falotico answered all of my questions and since some RECALLS were needed, he offered me a rental car so I would not be inconvenienced. I was blown away of the video of my 21 point inspection. There were a lot of potential problems and I was happy to have the car serviced with the actual Holman Toyota dealer. I feel safe and secure for my long road trips this summer. I took my car in for the 10,000 mile service. After the work was done, they sent the report video. 25 minutes later nobody has asked if I wanted the air filter. I did not. So I go to servi After the work was done, they sent the report video. 25 minutes later nobody has asked if I wanted the air filter. I did not. So I go to service desk to inquire. It's been 2.5 hrs. And the rep said it would take about 90 minutes. So he checks me out and tells me it'll take another 25 minutes MORE to wash my car. I declined to wait again. The rep told me'they don't ask if you want a carwash until the service is complete'. News to me. So I drive the next day and my tire pressure warning light is ON. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. Seems the service tech inflated to 32-43 lbs. But my RAV4 requires 35 lb. The car knows so, but Holman missed it. I have zero confidence that they actually did anything including change the oil I gave 1 Star, because I've been a Toyota customer for 45 years. Holman was not exceptional. They WERE the exception. Very disappointed in this service, And the NO SERVICE I got with StarGard. I was required to buy StarGard at $1000, and don't even have a phone number to call IF I ever do need it. There is NO APP. It provides nothing that Toyota Connect does not already provide. It's a total SCAM better handled through Small Claims than here. More

During my most recent lease, I was dissatisfied with some aspects of my SUV and decided to pursue satisfaction by being confrontational. Like the saying goes though, "let the cooler heads prevail." During the process, I reached out to Mindy Holman and her staff. Once they were alerted to the issue, I was contacted personally and they made a great effort to resolve my concerns for my peace of mind . As a senior citizen, I find that too often our opinions are dismissed. I was grateful that Holman Enterprises made sure that they value me as a person and going forward would like me to remain a customer. Thank you Holman More
