The only way to resolve this matter is to admit that a crime has taken place which I have reported to the Burlington County Prosecutors Office in Mount Holly, New Jersey. I will not press charges if the employees involved, including Mr. Castro, are immediately fired for gross misconduct and incompetence. The window of opportunity to do this is closing fast as the investigation proceeds.
