Bought a used Toyota Rav4 eight months ago. Sticker said Warranty and not As Is. It's been having electrical issues with the steering wheel controls and it's noticeable when using Apple Car Pla Sticker said Warranty and not As Is. It's been having electrical issues with the steering wheel controls and it's noticeable when using Apple Car Play. When I brought it in to the dealership the service department told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that the car does not have Apple Car play. Salesman had to tell them it did. Service department said they updated the software and still couldn't find anything wrong with it. Still having issues with the vehicle. Car has under 36,000 miles on it. Car Fax came up with no past issues when I purchased it, however in the Toyota app it says there was body work and electrical work done to the vehicle at other Toyota dealerships which was never disclosed when I bought it. If I knew that I would not have purchased. Service department seemed clueless. Not happy with my experience there. More

Doug Preistley was our Salesperson, from the time we walked in he answered all our questions and never pushed us, I hate when dealers give you the high pressure. Also Jodan Ramos was the financial guy walked in he answered all our questions and never pushed us, I hate when dealers give you the high pressure. Also Jodan Ramos was the financial guy - the same applies to him, he never debated our dicisions and nicely pointed out the importance of a warranty. Even Kim who we brought our deposit check into , treated us as if we were her client. We've bought several cars and this is one of the best experiences we've had. We would give a 6 star if we could. We'll be back for our next car and will definitely spread the word to others. More

Disappointing. This is actually my first online negative review. Purchased a used Mazda 3 here for my son and decided to get the service plan with it for 11 synthet This is actually my first online negative review. Purchased a used Mazda 3 here for my son and decided to get the service plan with it for 11 synthetic oil changes every 5K for $600. Scheduled the first one for yesterday, had about 4K miles since purchase. After waiting for 10 minutes and some time for them to find the contract (even though I had it with me) was told by the advisor that model should get oil every 10K miles. Cool, that's not why I bought the 5K service contract. Then they do "service inspection" of the car, routine, only upsell was an air filter, which I declined as it was 4 times the price of one online and they take 2 minutes to swap. No big deal, this is common at any dealership. They asked if I would like the car washed as it is complimentary. I said yes. They didn't wash the car. When I got home realized the paperwork said they just did a service inspection and not an actual oil change. So it was a waste of about 2 hours of my time. And they put an oil change sticker for 6 months out and another 5K miles, even though they didn't change the oil. So now I know fo next time to skip the service inspection, and just ask for the oil change directly. Since my service contract is with Holman, have no choice but to get the work done here for the Mazda, but next new Tundra purchase will be from Turnersville. More
